This is going up be an easy quick review. No organization, two staff members and what seems like one cook. We wanted something quick, and with me coming down with what feels like bronchitis, I just wanted to get back to Canon to sleep. We waited a couple minutes at the hostess stand before the hostess/waitress/busgirl told us to sit anywhere. We found a booth near the drink station. It took our multi talented person probably close to 15 minutes before asking for our drinks. She forgot the menus, which somehow took another 5 minutes. When she did bring them back, she just tossed them onto the table and walked off again. I got the French Dip and my husband a cheeseburger. He requested a medium, he received a medium rare. Apparently in her rush, she spilled some of the au jus which in turn made my entire plate soggy. If your up here gambling at this specific casino, and absolutely need food and don't want to go anywhere else, then feel free to eat here. Otherwise don't bother with a understaffed always in a hurry attitude staff.

Ate breakfast here with my Wife Monday morning and it was really good! Prices were great (both of us paid just $6 each), food was very good and the service was perfect! We will be back again! Thank you!

You know what I love to do? I love to avoid Johnny Nolon's Restaurant in Cripple Creek, Colorado. It fills me with a warm tingly feeling knowing that tonight will be another meal consisting not of salad made from wilted, brown iceberg lettuce and ill-consisted meatloaf, sagging in the middle like a 300-year old barn. Yes, I click my heals in joy knowing that on tonight's plate will not be microwaved frozen vegetables, the yellowishness of the carrots disguising their true carrot identity for fully half the meal. Tonight will be one of the finest of my life, as I deftly avoid Johnny Nolon's fish-N-chips, a more masterful and evenly-cooked dish to be found at any Captain D's (or if you remember it, Arthur Treature's.) Verily, the morning after that Johnny Nolon's meal was one of the brightest and most saturated with sheer hope I have ever experienced, for it was with the knowledge that any morsel of food to pass through my palate will be superior to that one. For a mere $20 have I earned this wondrous gift!Seriously, do NOT go to Johnny Nolon's for the food, for any price.

My husband and I have been going to Cripple Creek for 15 years, sometimes on a weekly basis. As far as we're concerned Johnny Nolan's is the best! They advertise that their slots are looser and we have found that to be true. The personnel are great, they always greet us by name and drinks are always on the ready. The food is good, not great but better than the other casinos. Lots of perks that help us pay for food and gifts, no reason to complain about Johnny's, it's the best.

My husband and i went up there to celebrated our 5th anniversary and got a great place to stay the night. We were having a great time going from casino to casino and then we got to this one.We had been drinking, but we were not drunk this place refused to serve my husband a drink because they said we were drunk. We left and did not spend a dim there. My husband was home for a couple of weeks of R&R from Iraq and we had a great time up there until these people wanted to judge us.I will admit i was feeling good, but i was not drunk. They should have talked to us instead of judging. My husband is one of the people fighting over there and God forbid anything happening to him while he is over in Iraq and this is how they want to treat him.I just wanted to spend time with him and show him a good time.
