One of the very best food trucks in The Springs. Great food, owner is passionate for quality and taste, I go out of my way to stop at Johnny G's Delicioso!Specials and menu change all the time, but green chili is always a great choice.Hand rolled tortillas are the best around.Do yourself a favor and give Johnny's a try.

The flavors are very developed in the beans and meats. Get the chicken if that's your thing but the Carnitas are where it's at. A word of warning: the hot salsa is HOT. I'm from Albuquerque, not that matters but just sayin, and I love heat on the street. I've been to Uchenna and said "F my S up with Spicy, yo!" I infuse my own Korean chili oil. I loved the Ghost Pepper salsa at Lucha before they rebranded. I'm not talkin shit, I'm just sayin: when I say it's legit hot, it's not like I'm some pussy who thinks Sriracha is spicy. So be forewarned. The hot will make you sit up and give respect because the heat is for real. Anyway, the tortillas are homemade, as are the chips, and the carnitas are delicious. You can't go wrong with the simple menu. 4/5 all day, son!

I can't add a photo because we devoured the food too quickly. We got the taco 6 pack and carnitas burritos, smothered (wet). Soooo delicious!! Green chili is amazing, salsa is nice and hot but with great flavor. Our business building invited this truck and they did not disappoint. I'll be looking for you again around town! Mahalo.

Johnny G has the absolute best Mexican Soul Food in Colorado Springs! His carnitas are as good as any I've ever had! I will not miss a Thursday at Nano 108 Brewing Company!

Words cannot describe how delicious everything was!! This food truck is ON POINT! We had a chorizo breakfast burrito, a La Cochinita, a You call it burrito w/ Carnitas, and a Wet Breakfast Burrito w/ Churizo. The service was very friendly as well!

Legitimately the best in Colorado Springs. I've never had nachos quite like theirs in my life. Quality you could expect from a brick & mortar joint. I really look forward to the day when they setup shop in one location so I can take family and friends there. Top notch service and food. Full support.

Got to try this taco truck for the first time tonight and was NOT disappointed. Everything we tried was delicioso! Hope to see these guys around town again! If they have the street tacos go for the carne asada, they were amazing!

So good. I would definitely go back. The carne asada taco was my favorite. I liked the mild sauce. My husband had the hot and after 2 tacos he was sweating but he said it was really good. We tried the pico with chips and it was awesome. Next time we will try the nachos.

Let me start off by saying that I NEVER post reviews, but my experience with Johnny G's Delicioso was so terrible that it warranted a review. I was recently at an event that Johnny G's Delicioso catered, and I cannot believe how unprofessional the service was. Not only were he and his staff more than an hour late to the event, they were incredibly rude once they showed up. This might be a good option as just a food truck outside a bar, but to call themselves caterers is a complete joke.
