The photo rendering did not do it justice,The pendant exceeded my expectations!I definitely will be returning, and I highly recommend this Jeweler!!

The best customer service here! We had a ring mess up with another jeweler so we came to Johannes to find better options, and they delivered! Rebekah helped us find exactly what I was looking for in an engagement ring and went above and beyond to make sure the process went so smoothly for us. She communicated throughout the entire 6 weeks of making the ring with picture updates and the status of the ring. We were very impressed! They are all so kind here and will take great care of you! Definitely worth every penny for a beautiful ring and amazing customer service.

Took my wedding rings here to get soldered together and resized. I have a mixed metals set, with the gold being my grandmothers wedding band from the 40s. Because of the rose gold a laser had to be used, which they explained ahead of them. I'm so happy with how they turned out, everything is beautiful! Will definitely be going back whenever I need jewelry assistance. Prices are reasonable and service is fantastic!

I bought my fiancé's engagement ring here in December. It was a custom built oval center with halo that far exceeded my expectations. Rebecca helped walk us through the entire process and was very knowledgeable in her diamonds and designs. 10/10 recommend this store and Rebecca for all of your wedding ring needs. My wife and I are about to celebrate 20 years of Marriage and decided to upgrade our Wedding bands. I saw the good reviews online and thought this might be a good place to start. Boy was I wrong...My wife and I were speaking with one of the salespeople and she was showing us various rings and settings, when my wife mentioned the small SE CO town we are from. This is when someone from the back appeared and started reminiscing about her short time in that area, in some sort of lame attempt to build repour. This is when she decided to go full on racist with her views on the community; she proceeded to show empty concern about the drug problem in the area that my wife and I were unaware of. During her dissertation, she decided to assign blame to the population of Hispanic people in the community. Both my wife (Who and I is Hispanic, and Father who is a 1st generation Mexican American from a small town near Chihuahua) and I were shocked. It took an exceptional amount of restraint from my wife to not make a scene, although we did express our extreme concern for that type of dialogue and assumption from some clueless, privileged white lady with race baiting views of our community.The worst was not over as when we get to the car, my wife is in tears. I dont need to get into the details of our personal conversation and her feelings about the interaction. I am just stuck trying to comfort and pick up the pieces, because of some lady's ignorance. Needless to say, I would suggest you take your business elsewhere as me and my wife have decided.

She was very open to our ideas and worked with us to make sure we had plenty of options to chose from to get the perfect match. First of all, I'd like to say how happy I am that I got a 2nd opinion when I needed to have my wedding ring resized. After going to another jeweler across the street, that I won't go to again, I am so grateful for J. Hunter that I could cry.Brenda J. came to my rescue. After being told at the other store that all 4 of their jewelers refused to work on my ring, Johannes Hunter came to my rescue. The personal customer service was beyond expectation and I had full confidence that they would/could do what I wanted.I can't recommend them more to anyone who has any requirements to repair their jewelry.
