13 June 2022Owner, Mike Warner, called to say he wouldn't charge me for the 'work' they did. Nice of him. Told me the technician (a contractor) called and left a message stating the part number I needed. No such message was left. I asked for information on said technician. Said the technician had his own business. Told me it was "All Printer Parts."It isn't. It is "All Printers Plus"; the only reason I was able to find it was the owner said, "It's near here." Below one of the other reviews he wrote: " Our goal is to offer the finest quality at the best possible price along with the friendliest service."Long conversation: showed himself to be a savvy businessman, I naively but in hope of help asked, to keep the printer (save money and environment) if I could take it apart myself, and have them finish the work. The short answer was 'No dice'. (Not a direct quote.) "How would auto mechanics and other businesses make an money if they did that?" (The whole exchange is just too long to record here.) If an inability to tell your clients the truth is your "finest quality", and an unwillingness to negotiate your price is your "best possible price", I'd hate to see your worst.Savvy businessman, in the short term. He forgot that disgruntled customers leave reviews and tell their friends (mine are veterans and active duty soldiers, among others.) Had he been truthful and willing to help me out, he would have gotten a five star review all over the internet. As it is? I AM going to tell the truth: about him.15 June 2022: went to pick up non-functional printer. I just wanted to get it and go. Owner was there and lied to me AGAIN. The technician had written on the piece of paper, "not worth fixing." The owner said, "The problem is you can't get parts for ink jet printers." That is NOT what the technician wrote. I told him I had found a source of parts and then he starts babbling about 3D printing. In short? I can't trust this guy: He's a man splainer and an ass.Maybe Michael D. Warner can't remember details because he's 72. I doubt it. As he was walking me out with my printer, to the car he asked about a teeny tiny little detail of our 38 minute phone call on 13 June 2022. Staff was great, great communication. Couldn't fix my printer bc of the issue it had but it had nothing to do with them. Will definitely use again!

I was a long time customer of jet ex. The last 2 times in their the ink has been horrible. 10 pages and it doesn't print clear anymore. I told them last time before second ink in a row. They had an excuse. I bought it. Now I wasted more money. There prices have gone up and quality down. By name brand. I will. Jet ex ink is terrible.
