Came here on a Friday night. While they were hustling they could use some more help but I understand. The food was awesome! Best miso I've had in a long time. Flavorful rolls. Good prices. Good portions of fish within their rolls. Will come back on a not so busy evening.

Food was ok, fish could use more "snap," seemed a bit tired and extra tender. Daughter liked the salmon. Service was decent, no complaints there. Ambiance was hipster / industrial. Some art, music a bit too loud. Casual, a place to eat a lot. They have all you can drink sake which is interesting, was priced $12.99 iircNot cheap but ok if you are going to eat a lot, maybe drink a gallon of sake.All you can eat was $37 for lunch.

I think the one thing that has me coming back is the owners/staff. I love a family owned business who remembers you when you come in. Classic Sushi restaurant vibes inside. It is a smaller restaurant, so make sure to call ahead for a reservation. As with the times the prices have gone up a bit, but still fair for AYCE sushi. Lunch is $36, Dinner is $43. Came in with a family of 5, we ordered quite a few rolls and left satisfied.

It seems the quality of the food is not as good as it used to be. Went for lunch today and the scallops didn't smell too good. Almost like it was bad and it wasn't the sauce either. The wasabi had a bitter taste. The spicy tuna roll (forgot the actual name) was not spicy at all. The calamari is still pretty amazing. The service is always good and everyone is always friendly but the food isn't as good as it used to be unfortunately.

Cute casual, local spot. The outside just says "Sushi" and no actual name of the restaurant. So, it can feel initially confusing where you are actually going. Inside is a more industrial feel, with seating options of tables or the sushi bar. Has very much a casual feel (might not be the best spot for a first date...not much of a cozy feel). The food is pretty good. The rolls kinda looked thrown together but the taste was good. The bento box was also nice and a generous portion. Service was ok. It seemed to be only 1 person working with the tables, so given the place is kinda big...it's understandable to have to wait for things in that scenario. So, this place was ok for me. It hit the spot for my Japanese craving and was the fast-casual experience I was looking for.

I've been coming to JEI for the past 2 years and every time it's been fantastic! We usually go for the All You Can Eat option which is a great deal for a lunch special! We get exclusively nigiri so the lunch menu is perfect for us. The quality of the sushi is very impressive for an AYCE place. Always been fresh and delicious! The service has always been great as well. We always sit at the sushi bar and chat with the sushi chefs who are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick even when making our massive orders of nigiri!The nigiri specifically is fantastic. Some of our favorites are the salmon, snapper, mackerel, eel, and a variety of others. The main thing of course is the fish has always been fresh. The rice is the perfect texture and seasoned well. For us the fish to rice ratio is perfect! Highly recommend trying!

In the Springs in vacation and JEI was highly recommended. We were also told that it can get very busy. We went on a snowy day right as they opened. Extremely friendly service! Most of us got the All You Can Eat sushi and being that it was cold wanted to start with the Miso soup which was great. The server brought extra for the kids and said he knew it was cold and wanted us all to warm up. The sushi was great! Our favorite was probably the spider roll but we ordered so many it was difficult to keep up. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place.

All you can eat sushi - yes please! The staff here is awesome and the food came out super fast. The shrimp tempura was the best I ever had and my husband loved trying out all their different rolls. The sushi is super great and tasty. The all you can eat pricing was very reasonable as well. Our waiter was also very friendly and kind. We will be back!
