So excited to discover this place! It is now officially our favorite Chinese restaurant in town!! I found out about this place as part of a Facebook group I'm in and someone posted that they have a Chinese menu. American Chinese and Chinese food is not the same. There is a bit of overlap sometimes but for the most part it's very different. My review is exclusively based on the Chinese menu. Note that you have to specifically ask for the Chinese menu (it's a separate one in English and Chinese so no worries there). I've posted pictures of the menu because I wasn't able to find it on their website. The menu is pretty extensive. Now I heard the twice cooked pork was really good so we ordered it. It was our favorite dish! Very tasty, right amount of spice and just super flavorful like it should be. It's a dry dish but really good nonetheless. Also enjoyed the braised tofu that comes with some vegetables. I wish there was a bit more sauce but still good. We enjoyed the salt and pepper shrimp as well. The batter and fry was good on it though the salt and pepper flavor wasn't that strong. Still would order it though. We also got their dessert which is called 'sai mai lo' - a sweet coconut milk dessert with sago pearls and taro I think. It's not American sweet but for me it was just sweet enough. Very refreshing since it's cold! We will definitely be returning to try their other dishes. The food took awhile to come and they said on weekends when it's busy you can call ahead to order so the wait won't be as long. The service was really great and they are friendly and super helpful. I don't know if they do this every time but our server even helped us put our leftovers into the box. That's a rare thing nowadays. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food in the Springs this is the place for you. But given how good the food is I expect that to be the same for their regular menu as well.

Recently some out of the town friends asked whether there were any authentic Chinese restaurant in Colorado Springs. Although not as many as Denver, but there were few and Jade Dynasty right by the Garden of the Gods would certainly be on the top of the list. This is a family restaurant, both the chef and his wife had years of experience in the restaurant business back in China, specializing in Cantonese cuisine. Since its opening, Jade Dynasty had become the go-to place for many local Chinese. Here are their braised beef brisket pot, braised tofu, braised eggplant in garlic sauce and stir fried beef flat rice noodle.

I stopped by and ordered Singapore Chow Fun to go. The noodles were great and hit the spot after a long road trip to the Colorado Springs area. The flavors were spot on and there was a good amount of shrimp and meat. I would eat this again.

Awesome find in the middle of manitou springs, Almost never fails, hole in the wall in a tourist area usually means amazing food, looks and feels like you're a random Chinese restaurant that sells Kung Pao chicken, sweet-and-sour chicken, which every now and again I don't mind having generic Chinese food, which is also what I was expecting, but the boss lady Rita told me authentic Chinese food IS available upon request, so I requested As always I ordered a feast, filled the table with awesomeness , and everything was on point, really shocking to find such a good authentic Cantonese cooking in a small town like this, just wonderful, keep up the great work guys!!!!

Good egg drop soup. Server attentive. But--the beef in main dish was stringy and chewy.Mongolian beef sauce was good. My fried rice was cold. There a definite absence of ambience. - no music and no customer chatter.

Came here with my husband yesterday around 7. We had the beef lo mein, orange chicken, kung Pao chicken, and steamed rice. Honestly, it was delicious and very affordable. It was quiet in the building and spacious. We never had to ask for refills and the service was quick and to the point. He had ate there last October on a trip and was so excited to bring me here and it did not disappoint. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone and I hope to go back.
