ITO Japanese Steakhouse Sushi & Thai Restaurant

The service was great! We had Kennedy who was attentive and provided great suggestions for our meal. We started off with the black pepper tuna tataki. Fresh tuna and flavorful. My partner had the mussels and they were absolutely incredible!! I had the shrimp pad Thai and it was good as well. I would say hands down ITO in the place to go for miles! Well worth the trip.

We also got the pad thai which I forgot to take a photo of. The service was okay, started off a little awkward but he was actually really friendly. The food however was just okay, it wasn't inedible or anything it's super average. Sitting at a 3 just due to there being way better and fresher options. I would probably go again if I was really really hungry and away from home but yeah. Really big inside though it was nice not sitting next to people even when there are multiple parties.

This is one of our favorite places in Florence. It took us forever to try it because everyone said it was basically a sushi place (and we don't eat sushi), but it is sushi, hibachi, ramen and thai dishes. I have primarily had the hibachi (filet mignon and chicken) and the Thai. Love it all - especially the Japanese fried rice. We always have attentive service. The food is wonderful. It is in our regular rotation! Also good to know is it is pretty big inside if you have a large group. Not the cheapest place, but it is good stuff!

Went to a late lunch today per a recommendation from a friend. The positives: greeted and seated promptly, clean dining and restrooms, decent appetizers (Japanese fried chicken and crab wontons). Other than that, not much else nice to say. The service was incredibly slow and inconsistent (apps arrived before plates, cutlery and napkins as well as entree delivered before soup and salad). I got the signature Ito role and it was OK but the beef(?) On top was strange and the cuts were chewy on several pieces. My friend got the spicy tuna roll and she said the fish did not taste fresh. My boyfriend got the beef friend fried rice and the meat had a strange texture and after taste. Lastly my friend ordered a cocktail that was never delivered which was fine but we were charged for it.

Been coming here since it opened and it never disappoints The steak Be to box is delicious and a larger serving than an average Bento

What an absolute shame?! Backstory, I'm a foodie who has lived all over the world & spent many years in the restaurant industry to include a very high end SE Asian restaurant.....I stopped by for lunch on my way to see Family here..... Nicely greeted by Arnold I believe was his name and ordered the Takoyaki & Chirashi bowl. Takoyaki came out first and the first bite didn't seem right..... tried one more after some water & still felt off, instead of risking getting sick I politely asked for them to take it away, didn't want to risk it. Might have all been in my head, but either way, it just didn't sit well with me. The Chirashi bowl was delicious, I was actually impressed! Couldn't wait to leave a good review even if I couldn't eat the app.... Until the bill came and I made the waiter aware he forgot to take the Takoyaki off the bill. (Should have at least offered something else or dessert).... Industry standard before taking an item off at the very least!!!Well his manager's/chef's ego got in the way.... He said there was nothing wrong and that I will not leave the restaurant without paying for it with extreme attitude, even laying his hands on me at one point. Dumbest thing a "restauranteur" could do! I said no out of principal at this point. He proceeded to yell & shame me in front of everyone. So I went to my vehicle (which he followed aggressively) grabbed enough cash to cover the meal I did eat (which was more than 3 times the price of the app) and give that to him. He refused, so I laid it on the table next to the receipt and left. He had already made a big enough unprofessional scene as it was acting like a damn fool. He then called the police, I saw the police truck outside the restaurant as I drove by 15 mins later obviously far from being scared of this silly man, I even laughed as I drove by. How did wasting the police's time work for you buddy?! hope they told how how dumb you are wasting their time ‍. Kids these days. Moral of the story, quality service goes well beyond the quality of food at any establishment. You sir went from having your sever receive a really nice tip & a great review to the complete opposite due to your childish egotistical actions. I only feel bad for Arnold, my server.... You stole his tip from him!!

So delicious. The staff were really kind. I ordered Togo. hand rolls and shrimp pad thai it was amazing. I'm going back today lol

The best sushi in Colorado hands down. Everything was 100% from the service, to the food, to the atmosphere. The taste was fresh, flavorful, and authentic. We had the Jalepeño poppers and the takoyaki for our appetizers, and oh man, the best Jalapeño poppers ive ever had. We also had nigiri and several sushi rolls. It was completely outstanding and delicious, and very presentable. The display was so pretty! All of the staff is very kind and our waitress was the sweetest and made our experience so great! And for the amount of food we got, the price was very reasonable. I'm so amazed by how wonderful it is. It's a perfect place for a date night or night out with friends and family. A hidden gem in southern Colorado. I hope more people come here and support this local business, my husband and I left feeling full and content. I don't normally leave reviews but it was so great I just had to!

Worst ramen I've ever eaten. "Alarm ramen" no heat, no spice, no flavor, just a ridiculous amount of sodium. The "steak" appetizer was like Steak-ums wrapped around green onions with sauce. Weak ass bullshit for dumb fat fucks who can't cook or don't know any better.
