This is a good gym for the money. It has all the essential equipment for all types of weightlifting. Up top the gym has new paint and all the cardio equipment and machines. Underground the gym has a gritty down to business feel with all the barbells and dumbbells. There was never a time I wasn't able to use a piece of equipment I needed. New management was very friendly and welcoming.
