Impressed By The Dress was an absolutely amazing wedding dress shop to work with and I'm so glad I chose my dress from this store! The staff were so incredibly personable the entire time and I felt very comfortable and taken care of the entire time I was there. The dresses were all so lovely and well made and I truly left the store each time feeling like an actual bride. It really didn't set in until I put on some dresses and started getting my dress altered with their in-house seamstress, Julie, who was also wonderful to work with. She even helped my mom with her dress and helped her and my Matron of Honor practice setting my bustle in place. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Impressed is an understatement!!!It was the best service I've had at a bridal shop; Emma was outstandingly knowledgeable and very accommodating. Everyone was given complimentary champagne, and a beautiful cupcake for the bride There was a fair selection for the size of the store, and I appreciated that the bride wasn't pressured at all to buy today. The atmosphere and quality of service is worth it whether you find your dress here or not.

The worst experience in my life. Our stylist was great and Hannah was great as well just the experience is awful when you have another bride and her bridesmaids talking shit about your group really makes you feel awful and then when they have a dress you wanna Try on and they purposely don't let you Try on as well as their stylist doesn't let you try it on it says some thing and I would definitely say management should step in there because when that stylist is also talking shit about your group it's not a good look or professional. It really makes you feel like shit to hear and feel others like that. This store definitely lost out on a sale and I hope management and the owner really deal with this situation and that stylist

I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are needing a dress for your wedding be sure to stop by here. They let you look at their entire selection of gorgeous dresses and don't pressure you to go out of your budget. Then you and your group get some champagne, sparkling cider, or water while you try dresses on!!! The dressing room has a mirror so you can see yourself before showing your friends and family (a good thing since one of the dresses I tried on I didn't like!) and the actual room has a pedestal and a three-way-mirror which was SUPER fun. Cheyenne spent as much time as I needed helping me try dresses on and off and back on again! And when I was all done? They sent me out with a cupcake, some cute earrings, two hair ties, and some breath mints, as well as a goodie bag full of recommendations for everything from cakes to flowers to alterations to photography!!!

The BEST by far! They worked hard to get the dress that my best friend wanted they accommodated her in every way. Riley was absolutely amazing she was attentive and listens to how the bride felt, and was looking for. I cannot rave enough about the professionalism she gave. KUDOS!!!! and thank you for taking care of my bestie!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you're looking for a good bridal shop experience, go to Vow'd (not Impressed by the Dress)! Vow'd is the most beautiful atmosphere with the best selection AND the best prices. I was NOT pleased with Impressed by the Dress's policies and service.Firstly, to book an appointment w guests, you have to pay $75! Then if you actually manage to find a beautiful wedding dress and have to cancel, they charge a $50 fee. Charging a cancellation fee for a wedding dress shopping appointment is ridiculous! You're not a doctor's office??? With all the costs of planning a wedding, this shop has some NERVE to charge at all.Maybe rethink your business model if you rely on cancellation and scheduling fees to stay afloat.

I ended up at Impressed By the Dress because they were the only 'local' (1.5 hrs away) retailer for a designer my sister selected to have the bridesmaids wear at her wedding (she lives out of state.) I had Riley helping me the day I arrived to try on dresses. I came in and she showed me the dress selection to choose from and said any design could be ordered in my size and the specific color I needed. I wear size ~18 and picked out some that were bigger/some smaller just to get an idea of how they'd look. I had my husband with me in the dressing room who ended up not being very helpful, he was not great at snaps and zippers and took the worst pictures he could have for my sister of each dress. I ended up calling Riley in to help and she was so cool and helpful. She was so friendly and gave great advice and didn't make me feel judged or uncomfortable at all while maneuvering into dresses awkwardly and with so little on. My husband later said he'd never been around someone trying on dresses and thought it a very interesting experience lol.I went home and ended up calling to order one of the dresses later that week from another associate. Riley had made notes of our visit and mentioned what size to order for each. I had doubts to order such a 'big size' compared to what I'd tried on but went with her recommendation. I really appreciated that she made those notes, she hadn't made these comments to me directly but I wouldn't have remembered the details most likely anyway.I just picked up the dress over the weekend and it honestly looks amazing!! The dress arrived in 3 months instead of the quoted 4 months which was nice. Riley again helped me out and she is such a cool lady. She was so nice and really made the whole experience as easy as it could be, and was especially considerate knowing how far we had to travel. I hate trying on/ordering clothes but she def knew what she was talking about. Everyone I spoke with there was very nice and welcoming but Riley made it an above and beyond experience. If we lived closer I would def refer this location and I plan to for anyone I know who is dress shopping in the Colorado Springs area.

Impressed By the Dress was wonderful! I really appreciated the whole process. They let me and my party look at the gowns (with gloves that they provide) and pick out a few that I wanted to try on, and then our stylist also picked gowns as she found out what I enjoyed. They also provided a few very sweet gifts that I really enjoyed! I also want to shout out Hannah, the stylist I worked with, because she was AWESOME! So sweet, patient, great at responding to what I was feeling, and overall super fun to work with! She was also very transparent about pricing and told me the price of every gown I tried on (something I did not realize was very important to me). She also sent a thank you note after my appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend this bridal shop and working with Hannah!

Hannah was the best!! She was so so sweet and made me & my guests really comfortable it was such a great experience!

I had an emergency situation on May 22 and needed to find a replacement dress for a wedding scheduled less than 2 weeks away. I entered this store on a Sunday late afternoon at 20 minutes before closing. Audrey was in the store and she sat and spoke with me and discussed what type of dress I needed. She set up an appointment for the very next day. I arrived at the shop Monday afternoon and was welcomed in warmly by everyone. I was treated to my name on the board, soft music, little treats and four dresses already hanging up for me to try on. I browsed the dresses and loved the first one that Audrey had selected. I was able to contact the seamstress and set up an emergency fitting.I left my appointment so happy with my dress and this shop! 5 stars is not enough!!!
