Superb Seating!!! The best ! Love pre-selection of seats from a digital POS screen at time of purchase. You can purchase tickets with NO ADDITIONAL FEES AT THE SNACK BAR . The Extra LARGE SCREEN in one theater is especially "worthwhile" for certain movies! Apparently one of the largest movie screens in Colorado? So that's pretty special. The FREE REFILLS ON ANY SIZE DRINKOR POPCORN is a terrific value ! We loved the clean way they've done self service refills too ! Only I know how much fake butter I need in the middle of my movie popcorn . The $6Senior Combo is a further good value! There is Never any shortage of parking . The whole area both street and parking garage , feels safe for parking in too. This is , hands down, our favorite place to see Movies !

Seniors only pay $6 or so on Mondays. Staff is friendly, popcorn is good, and the chairs are nice and comfortable. The ticketing process is a bit strange (your ticket gets scanned at concessions), but it works okay.

I've had my eye on this theater for a long while. Finally decided to stop in this past weekend to see Avatar. I was immediately pleased by the friendly greetings from the concession workers. That was really nice. I have to say, they were also really good at the up-sell. The movie was great. The wonderful recliners were so comfortable. My only negative is that the place seemed like it needed more work on cleanup. There was a lot of popcorn on the floors. And the shorts that ran before the movie need updating. They seemed like something I would've seen 20 years ago.Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. With just a bit of investment in updating and cleaning this could be a real destination theater.

Came with the family to watch Wish. The floors were wet and slippery at the entry and then there was food and popcorn everywhere when we got in the theater. On top of it, they don't take cash which is always frustrating and the worker was rude to my daughters when they were filling their popcorn bucket. Overall, a really bad experience. Do not recommend. There are plenty of other theaters so go there.

This was my first visit to Icon Cinema and I was very impressed. The concessions are completely self service, when you order popcorn you are given a bucket and get as much popcorn or butter as you want. The theater seating is extremely comfortable and the rows are spaced so well that you can't see the row in front of you or behind you. The staff was extremely friendly, I will definitely see a movie at Icon Cinema again.

Love the BIG screen! It's always clean and staff is happy and polite. Besides, the basics, they also serve ice cream and alcohol. We have frequented this theater since it opened, about once or twice a month. Only wish they served dinner or meal options.

Amazing SEATING ! Fully reclining /personalized spacious seats! SELECTED and RESERVED via video screen at purchase in snack bar (to avoid fees) . Also at this theater, one of the largest screens in Colorado in one of the theaters ! Love the self serve "free" refills on ANY SIZE sodas or popcorns .

The good - nice comfy reclining seats. Really wide screen. Great sound. Friendly staff. Great location near restaurants. Not so good - parking lot is in the back of the theater. It is a walk to the door in the dark. Try to park on the street in front of the door. Really bad - theater is freezing cold. Really, really cold. We were wrapped up in winter coats and scarves- still freezing. Very uncomfortable. Might keep us from returning as it negatively affected our experience.

This is the worst movie theatre I've ever been to. It's disgusting in there first of all. The staff do not know how to clean. Second of all the staff are so rude and unwelcoming. I will never be back to waste my time and money.

As a person with limited mobility, this movie venue was disastrous. Handicapped parking was a major trek to the entrance. Once tickets were purchased, getting to your theater seat was an additional hike. There are no areas to sit to rest and recuperate as you are 'hiking' to your theater seat. It was far too long of a hike for a limited mobility individual. Then, once you enter the theater area the lights were way too low, and it was dangerous as you navigated to your seat. And then, I am hard of hearing, and the volume was WAY to loud. It was SO loud it was painful and no one could turn it down when asked. The popcorn was old and stale. The theater might be good if you have high energy kiddos and need to let them run up and down the halls as you venture to your seat. For older folks with limited mobility this is definitely a no go for any show.
