I Scream Gelato - Frisco

Was in a bad mood but now I feel better. Cold, creamy gelato and tasty shakes. A gem on Frisco Main Street. We parked right out front and were served with a smile. The decor reminds me of the My Little Pony Slipper Sweet Shop. It's mud season so shop local and get your I Scream fix before the summer masses.

The gelato here is delicious! The workers are really nice and obliged my husbands way more than two samples. They even give you a cute little wafer to top off your gelato. Got the cotton candy... always a winner!

The service was okay. Lady was strict on only 2 test try's for ice cream, when in my experience many ice cream shops don't mind the endless test try (we were the only 2 people in the store) . I had the dulce de leche gelato ... it was mediocre, nothing special or authentic. I liked it in the beginning but soon realized it was overwhelmingly sweet and fake gelato tasting. If you are looking for ice cream in town I would just get some from the grocery store down the street. I really wanted to like this place but it really scored under the mark. If I had to give any pointers for improvement, focus on good quality ingredients in ice cream... this was not it.

I came here on a whim with my mom and brother and the gelato was great! I ordered a small chocolate gelato and an iced mocha and liked them both. The staff was very friendly and the store was nice and clean. There was also plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. I look forward to coming here again soon!

Went to location in Breckenridge at I Scream Arcade. Wow super creamy. Friendly staff. Loved the wafer cookie.

Good selection of gelato, friendly and fast service, and outside seating with a view of the mountains in which to enjoy a cool treat .

We tried the mint chocolate chip, strawberry, and biscoff. They were all delicious. Service was okay, the guy was distracted and on his phone.

The small man working at the shop was black out drunk and was extremely rude. What kind of shop and service we running at this place?

Pretty pricey for two smalls it was $15 but it was tasty. I got the cotton candy which was good but the wild berry was much better

I've been on the road for about 18 days........have had ice cream at multiple spots (Mcdonadls and Sonic) and not ONCE have I questioned my sanity for getting icecream.But that changed today..........i thought this place was going to be buss but now I just want to get hit by a bus for spending $19 on two things of icecream that is the portion size for a mouse.I need to go to Italy :(
