My son LOVES going to daycare, and he is only 9 months. He has started getting separation anxiety and will cry whenever handed off to anybody other than his mom or Dad. Well, whenever I drop him off with Ms. Kim, Connie, or Kelly, he reaches out to them. Definitely peace of mind leaving him with such great people.

We love this school and didn't feel comfortable putting our daughter anywhere else that we looked! The teachers are so loving and kind to the children and make it a safe space for them to explore, learn, and grow. Sometimes the staff are very busy attending to child and parent needs, but I've always found that they offer a smile when you enter, even if they can't say hello. We are so glad we found this school!

We have been very pleased with this location. A previous daycare handle the kids issues and needs very poorly. Here at Hope, they have gone out of their way to address Concerns that we have had concerning our son. 90% of the time, they are very responsive and greet you with a smile. Of course everybody has good days and bad days and sometimes they're up to their ears working with parents and phone calls....

My daughter went to Hope Montessori from Jan-May 2016 while I was taking a college course. I absolutely loved them! This was the first time my daughter was away from us, though it was hard at first (for mommy & her) her teachers always reassured me it was going to be okay and would hug her and love on her while I left after drop off. After going for 2 weeks she no longer cried when I would drop her off! Any time we had to change days due to my school or studying schedule they were so flexible and were just simply amazing. I could t have taken that course and aced it if it weren't for Hope Montessori! Fast forward 2 years, here I am in Houston wishing I still had Hope Montessori down the street for my daughter to go to! Miss you guys!

The only other review for this daycare was written by someone that isn't willing to pay for the service provided. Amazing care and excellent treatment comes with a price. Jeanne Prather is a great director and runs a successful business because she cares for each and every one of the children that attend. In order to provide the best service and hire the best staff, she needs parents to pay their bills in a timely fashion. There are other daycare centers in town, that are less expensive, but Hope Montessori provides excellent care. We all have unexpected bills that crop up and can fall on hard times, but that does not mean that those frustrations should be taken out on a business or its director. Quality comes at a price and Hope Montessori and its director Jeanne are worth every penny.

My child is attending this location in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Through out our time at this school we have felt personally attacked and overall treated poorly from the director of the school Jeanne Prather. There have been countless times where she personally has been very rude to me and my family at times we have dropped off or picked up my child from this location. I understand that we owe a bill at this location which I have every intention of paying but demanding payment within a weeks notice isn't professional nor appreciated. We all have our own personal lives along with personal things that come up that we don't plan on. I am a single mother who since moving to Colorado Springs in September 2015 has struggled to find employment. That isn't for lack of effort or experience but is due to living in a military town with a high population. Only in April was I able to lock in employment and have been making payments as much as I can but I do not appreciate being treated poorly or harassed for not having payment when I am told to have it. There are other bills that have come up that I was not expecting which led to difficult times. For example having my utilities turned off and going without heat, electricity and the ability to cook food for over a month. Again I understand that in the end my bill that I owe needs to be payed in full but I do not appreciate myself, my child and my family being treated rudely as a response. Please do not mistake this as stating anyone other then the director of the school (Jeane Prather) as treating us poorly. The teachers and other receptionist we have meet and spent time with are all very pleasant people and have been very helpful and understanding. I feel personally attacked by the director and the way she conducts herself towards me, my child and my family. She has harassed me and my family for the past three months starting that we haven't made any sort of payments "in quite some time" when this is a falls accusation along with scolding my child while I or my family have been standing right there. It is inappropriate for her to go above myself or my family to scold my child while we are standing in the same room. That is not her responsibility to do especially when she is scolding my child for something he did not do! I will believe my child over anyone, especially this lady when he tells me he didn't do what he is being accused of doing. I could go on and on about situations we have been put in and the poor behavior of this schools director. We do NOT appreciate this behavior and will NOT be coming back to this school for future education due to the behavior of Jeane Prather. In which I am only giving this school a 1 star review and that can be put squarely on its director's shoulders.
