Great hotel, bigger than most Hilton Garden Inn's.Check in process was super fast by Flo. She was super friendly and super efficient.I'm normally not big on buffet breakfast but this one was actually really good. Bed and pillows super comfortable and room was clean. Shower and towels in great condition Nice part of town and feel super safe. Highly recommend

Business trip to the Denver Tech area lead me to this hotel. Hotel is comfortable and staff was great, especially Sarah at the front desk.Parking is not free, I think it's around $10/night. There are no malls, or restaurants within walking distance however the hotel offers a bar and a restaurant. My double bed room included a desk, sitting chair, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, all bath amenities are included.

The staff at the front desk is surly and unhelpful. The food servers are lovely. The interior needs updating.

I stayed at this hotel for business as it is close to a number of key technical companies in the area so the location is good. Front staff was friendly and efficient. What I did not like is that they don't clean the rooms during the stay which is partially ok but they are still charging full rate. Another thing that bothered me is I used to stay at Hilton Garden Inn's all the time and breakfast was included in the room rate which has now been cut out. I had a steak dinner at the hotel restaurant and the steak was not that good and definitely not worth the price. I did have the breakfast but the quality of the food was much lower than I expected compared to other Hilton breakfasts and the dining room was not very clean. Tables were barely wiped down.So I don't recommend eating at the hotel restaurant at all and I will find another hotel to stay at the next time I am in Denver.

Liked this facility. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the event staff was amazing, but I found the front desk lacking in customer service.

Spent last Friday and Saturday night here, while visiting family in Denver. The hotel was gorgeous, with friendly staff. My father and I booked the King Suite and it worked out very nicely. It was even better than anticipated. Each room had its own TV, heating system, windows and a heavy door to close at night for privacy. The room was quiet and comfy. My dad took the huge bed, and I slept on the pull out sofa. I am sure the bed was way more comfortable, but the sofa wasn't bad (just a little lumpy on the mattress).Housekeeping staff came right up to our room when I called downstairs about the pullout soft. Two nice ladies came up and made up the bed for me. Also, there is a sign in the room that they service the room every OTHER day, but to ask if you need anything in the mean time. We wanted fresh towels, so I requested them when we went down to breakfast. When we went back to the room, they had come in, refreshed out towels, and even made the beds. Very nice indeed. Thank you!The bathroom was clean and HUGE - probably the largest hotel bathroom I have ever encountered. You could really move around easily, it was great to have this. It was stocked with plenty of towels, soap, and other toiletries. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with different hot food each day. It was nice that they offer this, as there really were not many guest here on the weekend (I believe they do most of their business M-F, due to the Tech Center area). The eating area is very large, with many choices of seating areas and styles - want a traditional table and chairs? They have it. Want to sit on a sofa by the fireplace? They have that. Want to sit on a padded bench with pillows by the floor to ceiling windows and watch the squirrels? They have it.My dad wants to stay here again on our next trip out West, so we will be back.

I woke up this morning and saw a guy breaking into my truck in the hotel parking lot. I ran down and confronted him, thankfully he did not appear to have a gun. Wait it gets better. As I was talking to a friend on my phone about my excitement, I witnessed another truck get stolen 8 hours after my truck was broken into. This time the guy did pull out a gun. I obviously left the hotel and my stay was refunded. On a positive note the staff at the hotel were fantastic in how they handled the situation. During the second event The management put their safety at risk to protect a strangers belongings. They deserve a raise or quit. Know body deserves to be in harms way for

Great stay. Clean. Comfy. Reasonable price. Nothing here was was a problem. Great little gym. However for your breakfast folks, you do have to purchase your own. But I would definitely stay here again.

The housekeeping staff literally YELL in the hallways and slam the heavy, unstopped old doors with ZERO consideration or concern at all for guests privacy or disturbance. To be clear, I have it on tape - 8 am to 2pm daily. No one with any decency and common sense would yell nor repeatedly SLAM doors in ANY hallway (which at this older hotel, shakes the entire side of the floor/building), let alone being cleaning staff in an hotel, where people in fact sleep, work, etc. Further, one male on the cleaning staff tried repeatedly to get into my room, including with a "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging. They yell on their phones, to each other and into the guests rooms. As I said, I documented it. Unlike the staff of the hotel, I grew up in the DTC area. As an Hilton Honors member, I have stayed at various Hiltons around the country and in fact lived through and due to Covid in hotels in the area for an extended period of time (3 years). Further, I volunteer with the homeless in the area, involving people from all backgrounds. I speak Spanish. I attend local churches at least once a week. I've volunteered for 6 years with children's ministry at local churches. I have never, as in ever, been accused of um, "Yelling, screaming, slamming doors" ANYWHERE, including at any hotel. They say people accuse what they are guilty off. That. The manager actually said (documented) the hotel could "Refuse service for any reason". Actually, in fact, any business - especially lodging - may NOT lawfully refuse service for "any" reason, including on the basis of GENDER, race, familial status, profiling or retaliation or any number of other "reasons". That same manager falsely accused me of having ever had any payment issue (literally, never). And, advice - do NOT stay at this hotel if you are a single female or a witness or plaintiff in any legal matter or if you've made any kind of complaint at all (ie noise) - as respectfully as it gets - to the front desk. This staff is as dishonest and without regard for professionalism, ethics (or legality regarding housing and rights) as it gets. Documentation coming ...
