We are in Salida camping and we're learning our way around when we decided to grab lunch. The menu here is varied, so we had a burrito and a sandwich. The portions are just right and everything tasted fresh. Definitely a place to grab some food to go or enjoy in the park nearby, weather permitting.

You won't be disappointed! Bfast pizza was great and I will be back for sure. Friendly as well

Hey these guys are now posted up at the best brewery in the valley, Elevation!Updated menu includes burgers, hearty sandwiches, savory appetizers, and Pizza on Friday's. We ordered the burger and it was perfectly cooked and enjoyable. We also love the beer cheese dip. Food is all sourced locally and their bread is baked from scratch. Whether you're at Elevation or looking for a bite to eat after skiing all day, stop by and say hi Kinsey and Dustin.

Such a yummy spot! My family and I were visiting Salida from Long Beach, Ca. and looking for a local place for breakfast. We came across HRC on yelp and checked it out. First, the service...great! Second, the coffee...amazing, third, the food...so delicious! This is a local, family owned business and they source all of their ingredients locally and take great care in choosing where and who they get everything from. They have an amazing storyand super cute baby! We definitely will visit them again when in Salida! Check them out! French toast sticks are awesome, breakfast sandwiches are tasty, and the frittata's are very yummy! And don't forget the coffee! Oh! And they are next to the river which is a lovely view to take in during your visit!

Wonderful place with tasty, local cuisine. My husband and I are vegetarians and were especially happy that they accommodated substitutions--the vegetarian version of the Spike was awesome. Probably the best food we've eaten in the valley.

These guys are great: locally sourced, all natural ingredients, homemade dough, creative recipes, Uber-friendly service, and premium digs on the Arkansas River make the brekky experience an unsurpassed delight. The egg sammies are delish, and good for you

This place is legit. This gem of a restaurant/truck is a must stop. I had The Odessa and my husband had The Bootsie. Both sandwiches were worth the trek from Denver to Salida. The bread was delicious and obviously made with love and the other ingredients were such high quality. A good place to support and get a tasty sandwich too!

Wow! This place is awesome. Such a beautiful patio right on the river. The breakfast sandwiches are fantastic and all the food (and delicious coffee) is locally sourced. They hand make the bread every morning and it is wonderful.Super friendly service and they have the cutest little baby!
