Walked over in 93º heat at 4:45 because they said they were open until 5:15 according to Yelp. Not so. Closed at 3:00. Very disappointed that we couldn't replenish our French Roast grind for our French Press.Someone needs to update their Yelp page!

I love the smell of fresh roasted coffee. The smell of fresh ground coffee in the grinder in the morning, the smell after the hot water starts to drain through the grounds. There is nothing like it. They roast coffee on a regular basis and is fresh, aromatic, and delicious. I couldn't ask for a better cup of coffee.

Best. Coffee. Delivered. I used to live in COS and was a regular customer of High Rise. We lived to Fort Collins and tried to find a local roaster and none had the flavor and lack of bitterness that High Rise has mastered. We now subscribe to a high Rise... for us, it's worth it and we are happy to do our part to keep this wonderful company in business

While visiting The Springs this past weekend and were looking for a local roaster and came across High Rise. The staff was awesome and helping us select coffee that matched our criteria. The Mexican Oaxaca is amazing!!!!! I wish we had purchased more. I definitely would recommend this place!

I can't plow new ground, based on the other reviews. I can only bemoan the piddling number of stars made available by Yelp. Top notch roaster. The Tanzanian Peaberry and Mandheling Sumatra are my favorites, but you can't go wrong by buying the small batch du jour.

Just happened to stumble on this place today for something other than coffee. Really nice people and shop. The place smells great, and I'll definitely be back for some coffee.
