Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club

I cannot see why anyone would want to play this garbage track. It's a shortish course whose primary defense is the sloping greens. But when they place pins on the side of hills, it's just plain stupid. At least a half dozen times I saw well-played putts roll off the green, or even back to your feet. I wouldn't play this course again if you paid me.

The bartender was a complete jerk. Literally can't wait to leave this place. Don't come here if you want to be helped. Let alone feel invisible. Trying not to cry.

I will have to admit, I have never golfed this course! I have family in the community whose house backs to the course, though, so I come for the people and for the outdoors. While I can't speak to the golf, I can speak to the community and grounds - which are both fantastic. It's a very well-maintained area with lovely landscaping and and a peaceful atmosphere. The lake is serene, and there are some beautiful walking paths around the golf course that also meander through nearby parks. Even if you're not coming for the golf, you're bound to enjoy a lovely day outside.

We really enjoyed playing this course! According to my amor it was much more scoreable and fun compared to Todd creek. Probably because he started off with an eagle on the first hole...that's right he chipped in on his second shot....bastard. Myself, I had a few pars. The greens were slick! He couldn't believe how good they were. He said those were greens like the pros play. You barely touch the ball and it goes 15 feet past....I don't really have the touch. They also had 10 Barrel pray for snow on tap. Any place that supports 10 barrel is good in my book !

I had a conference in the Denver room it offered a great the host staff was polite and friendly. They brought out fresh food and snacks in a timely manner. The conference room had the ammenites for the conference. The only pit fall is there was no Wi fi. The food fresh ,appealing and tasty. The staff did not dusrupt rhe flow of the meeting during food tranistions.There was plenty of space for parking

Had a military ball here and it was a very nice atmosphere. The staff were very helpful, yet not so involved that they got in the way. Food was good and drinks were pretty good as well. I just wish we hadn't have had to be out by 11:30; most balls go well into the night. Overall, very nice.

Difficult golf course. Fairways lies are never flat. Fairways slopes towards rough, traps, ravens, lakes. Green are large, sloped, undulating, large, firm and fast. Better lag or have a 5 foot come backer. Have Fun.

When our foursome played on 9/16 we were aware of the fact that the greens had just been plugged and aerated. Most courses do it this time of year. I had played three courses in the previous week that the greens were dressed and was not disappointed. The greens at HEB were by far the worst greens I have ever played. There were many greens that had plugs with no sand in them and others that were way overdressed and had piles of sand that were not raked in. In other words, you had a real struggle two putting a 4 footer. It was awful. The bad part is they charged full price. They should not have even opened until they got the greens finished. When airing our complaints in the pro shop they did not seem to care that we were very unhappy. I will not return because of there lack of concern and poor customer service. What a shame, because it is a well laid out track.

Well, perhaps they should hire someone that knows how to aerate a green.We have played many a course shortly after the greens being plugged, but this was the absolute worst effort imaginable. If the greens smooth out by spring I'd be surprised. When reserving a time they did mention the work to be done. However, they still charged full price and had no qualms about it. We won't be back. we live at HEB and attended the Mother's Day brunch today. Thanks to all the staff for wonderful food, great service and an all around good time. Management and Staff should be proud.Tom and Linda Cooper
