Hellscream Haunted House

The actors were so creative and the wait to get in was not bad for the day before Halloween! Definitely recommend

Very fun and spooky! Even for a 30 year old The walkthrough was long enough so felt very worth it!

The staff at this Haunted House went above and beyond to make sure I could get through the house in my wheelchair. The manager (who's name I don't remember, sorry!) and Ryan made the experience as smooth as possible, and went out of their way to ensure I could get to have the haunted house experience with my friends. I can't recommend this place enough! Super spooky rooms (one of them is still haunting me), great actors, wonderful theming, and just an all around great experience! Even when an actor had to help me get by something, they did it in character. Helpful and spooky, the perfect combo.

I was so excited when I was in town for vacation and saw there was a haunted house open this weekend. Holy crap did this place suck. The details inside are amazing don't get me wrong. But we paid $50 to get pushed into a huge group that was 4 smaller other groups. They definitely didn't give enough of a gap between the people. So everyone was all stacked together. So by the time we walked by no one was jumping out and scaring us. Overall I'm super disappointed especially because they had such good reviews. I wouldn't recommend this haunted house.

WORTH THE MONEY!Came here 2 days ago! Came back today! As a huge fan of escape rooms and self proclaimed professional I give this location a 10 out of 10. I have done 2 out of 3 rooms and WILL BE BACK TO CONQUER THE 3rd. This location has both group and private events. The Elevator one is definitely an interesting and beautiful crafted concept. The cast and crew are amazing and really help make the experience.

Kudos to Vince, Cortney and their team! What a fantastic job they have done. Absolutely loved "The Elevator" Escape Room.. or should I says rooms!!! Multiple rooms with this one. Thoughtful, creative, and a ton of fun!!! Some rooms are more lit then others. Some you used candle light, which was a really great concept. The mix of finding numbers, letters and some math to go with locks/keys/tools was cleaver.

The props, special effects, and general atmosphere inside are well done. Unfortunately as another reviewer said, you need to be the first to walk in the group through the haunted house in order to be scared. If not, then you see everything happen before you get to it, basically ruining any potential scares. Since I ended up toward the end by default, I would have liked to see more people creep up from behind or wait to jump out, but that only happened once (my one and only scare). What startled me the most was when I tripped several times with sudden changes to the uneven floor. Luckily I never fell (and yes, I was sober). The Haunted House took all of about 20-25 minutes to get through with a combo of normal to slow walking pace. It took about the same time, 20-25 minutes, waiting in line with VIP tickets to even go in. I could not imagine how long it took with general admin tickets, as that line was three times as long. An attendant working the VIP line was pretty rude, practically screaming at us as we walked up and ordering us to go get paper tickets instead of using our mobile phones. There were individuals dressed up, walking around scaring people in line so that was entertaining to watch while waiting.Overall, I was a little disappointed in the "scare" factor and the advertised 45 minutes to walk through the haunted house.

I love Hellscream! I've been here twice now for the escape rooms and had an amazing time with both. The staff is extremely nice which makes the experience even more enjoyable. My first visit I did "The Manor" escape room in the scary version with a group of 8. We didn't make it out but still had an awesome time. The second time I did "The Elevator" non-scary with a group of six and made it out with 17 minutes to spare. So fun!Highly recommend Hellscream for their escape rooms. Thanks guys for a great time! I will be back soon.

Our group did the Elevator escape room! The props and rooms throughout the experience were amazing! Each section was unique and a right amount of challenging in its own way. Additionally, the actor did a fantastic job at engaging our group and scaring us at the level we requested. While we have done dozens of other escape rooms in the past, this is by far the greatest escape room we have ever done!

GO HERE FOR ESCAPE ROOMS!!I have done a lot of escape room over the years and this place is the REAL DEAL. The rooms are exciting, challenging, creative, very unique, and 100% worth the money. I would also highly recommend choosing the scary option! The actors are awesome and might even help you out on your adventure ;) The staff are professional, funny, and friendly. They provided me with one of the most positive escape room experiences I've had to date. Thank you to the Hellscream Staff for an amazing time!
