My wife is super picky and says she really doesn't want Mediterranean I point out the ratings and say it's gonna be amazingSo we go, but we split a plate. It was so amazing that she can't wait to go backOften when we split a plate, it's not well received, but we were treated like guests of honor One of the best dining experiences we've ever hadNo, I'm not a relative of the owner, but I will say it is the best food the best value and we were served in like two minutes

I haven't been to this location before, but it is just as nice as the one on Fillmore. I really love the ambiance here with the fun music, beautiful decorations and comfortable throw pillows. I came in for lunch and had the place to myself, which was nice. Service was very prompt!I had the falafel sandwich which was incredible. I think it's safe to say that heart of Jerusalem has the best falafel in town. If you're looking for a wholesome meal, this is the place. Also I really appreciate the military, healthcare and teacher discounts here.

We came here after a trash clean up that we did at MPVN. There were four other tables when we walked in being served food and this place smelled so good! We had an awesome time and will definitely be back. One of the better Greek restaurants we have been to in awhile.

Go for the falafels and hummus. Both are very good. Taboulah and dolmas ok. Service is fast and friendly.

This place is a little gem!! We came from Loveland and will now be returning every time we come back to the Springs!! The food was absolutely delicious!! The service was also great. The staff and cook and the owner all genuinely care that you have a wonderful experience and it shows in all the details. Yum!!

My first time at Heart of Jerusalem and I will definitely be back!I got the Ultimate Plate which was a mix of chicken and gyro! It was delicious! Each bite was so flavorful leaving me wanting more! The heart shaped falafels were a nice touch! For dessert I of course had to have baklava! It was the best I've ever tasted! Maria our waitress was so nice! She had a great personality and we did not feel rushed. We even got a discount for being educators!

The food is great if you like Mediterranean food. The tzatziki sauce is delicious and pears very nicely with the Gyros. That is probably my favorite thing to get at this place as it is always served hot and fresh. They have several to choose from and are very filling.. Will definitely be coming here again, just wish it was closer to Monument. The atmosphere is nothing to race about so if you are looking for a fancy place this is not it.

Delicious. We would have licked the plate if we weren't so full from the great portion sizes. This place is great for takeout or dining in. Service is great, nice menu and selection. Our server was very kind. We will return!

Generous portions. Meat was a little over cooked. Service was great. Got baklava to go. I thought the rice was a little too salty. The falafel was airy and crisp on the outside not sure how they got it like that but flavorful. Nice quick stop for lunch. Also try the sage tea. Delicious.

Excellent! The best Middle Eastern food in Colorado Springs (and beyond)! The falafel, as many other reviews pointed out, is top notch! Gyros there are delicious! We've tried the Ultimate as a platter and, also, as a sandwich= terrific. The chicken shawarma is delicious. The prices are okay, worth it. The freshness of the food is excellent.
