They have very poor customer service and act like their wigs are top-secret because they're overpriced They do not want you to look at the card stock to see what you're purchasing

The store belongs to an older Asian couple who are very easy going and patient. My mom and I always come here. Their prices are very reasonable and they are relatively respectful especially in comparison to the other beauty stores in Colorado springs.

So I thought I had found me a new hair supply place happy and excited only been there once wanted to go there again this morning second time there walk in the store say Good Morning it was a so-so attitude didn't bother me I kept going with a smile on my face I get back to the back I'm looking at this different items here and they're asking questions about a couple of things I kind of got reprimanded because I touch one of the hairstyles and there was a sign there that said do not touch and I apologized to her because I did not see the sign that says don't run your fingers through the curly hair, mind you that the hair I was touching with was straight but that was fine went on looking around the store wanted to see if I could find something that was quick and easy I'm looking and she's asking me want to buy one of those? No I want to look a little bit more what I did and I found something I wanted and I remembered that you can't touch the hair so I kind of kept my hand the hair but I did want to read the package of the hair I was standing there reading the back of the she came over to me took it roughly out of my hand and told me no read by and I'm like I just want to make sure there's things that I cant use that's not going to harm me because I'm allergic to certain things no no read just by I go yeah but they're all so there's no return once I buy am I correct yes no return but you by before you read I know that's not how I do things I read my products first I feel it's my right if I want to buy so I politely said okay thank you I'm not going to buy anything thank you to the front go ahead gathered my rest of my party and we exited the store I will not go back there anymore they're just rude I'm sorry to say I like the place they have nice product but the customer service is very very disrespectful I can't see not being able to read anything that you want to spend your money on maybe things have changed I just won't return there anymore thank you I appreciate everything for showing were not to spend my money..

Horrible store. If you are black, they will follow you around the whole store. Opened a product to smell it and was immediately yelled at. Owners are rude and racist.

This place is very horrible. i bought some thinning scissors on accident(needed regular hair scissor) and went back to return for either another pair or just buy something else worth the same price because i am already knowing how these stores work. the owner was very rude and would not let me exchange nor return. as i was addressing the owner, his employee was being rude to two other women in the store that even they decided to leave. do not do business here.

Nice owner however, poor customer service. I made a purchase and prior to the execution of that purchase, I attempted to take a picture of the product for accuracy to send to my hairdresser. I was told no pictures. When I purchased what I thought was the correct hair, it was not. I called the store to inform them of the issue and to ask about their refund or store credit policy and they stated there was no refund or exchange or store credit. Not a good way to keep clientele if you ask me. Now I am stuck with hair I cannot use...sigh.

If 0 were a rating that's exactly what they would get. My daughter had the same nasty experience I did. First of all they have no quality wigs there, so if you're look8ng for Jon Renau, Ellen Wille, Noriko or even Raquel Welch wigs, forget it, this is definitely not the place to go. As mentioned before, customer service is an alien concept to the people who own the place / work there. Rudeness and no help whatsoever, they follow you around, you cannot try any wig without paying a "fee", plus they are vigilant and unkind; they view you as a potential thief, or at least that is exactly how they make you feel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who knows what quality wigs are and expect impeccable customer service!

If I could give a negative review, I would. Don't go here. The people that own the store follow you around and won't allow you to see wigs by a specific name. They claim that people steal the product information but how could I steal info I already had. They treated me as if I had stolen something from their store before. And the way they were asking me what I needed was quite like the old movies where they would tell you stereotypically, "hurry up and buy!" Never again will I ever step foot in this disgrace of a store.
