Hampden Heights Park. The park with a trail running through the middle. I like using this park when biking through the neighborhood. It connects to multiple other trails such as the Cherry Creek trail and the Highline Canal trail. The park itself is fairly large with multiple sports fields, grassy areas, shade trees, and much more to explore.

A very enjoyable park right next to the view of the houses with lots of paths and hills, and a romantic vibe to go with it. Lots of people are roaming late around the park, but beware of the neighborhood watch. Police love to lurk with flashlights for teens over past their curfew and I'm guessing they close the park around 9. The park includes a playground, soccer field, and a pool. It's very massive with lots of connected pathways to the houses and countless picnic tables and grills. They have a basketball court on the other side, and the park is perfect for a trail walk. There is hardly any sidewalk light posts, so it's harder to roam around. The neighborhood is very beautiful and I like the uniqueness of this park.

We live nearby and walk our dogs in this park daily. It is a fairly large park with areas for soccer, baseball, a playground and a few picnic tables. There is a pool (Hampden Heights Swim Club), but it is a private membership pool for the neighborhood and not open to park visitors. The park can be crowded on weekends and nice evenings, but it is generally pretty quite. The path running through the park connects to the Cherry Creek Trail and Platte River Trail, so there is some bike traffic. It is a very nice park for walking your dog, going for a run, or a leisurely stroll.

Nestled back behind a swim club and a quaint little suburban neighborhood, Hampden Heights park is a beautiful and delightful place to relax. There are wide-open fields, a ton of shady trees and a long, scenic trail running through most of the park. Add in a baseball field, basketball court and small playground for the kids and you have a great little place here. The only unfortunate thing about this park is the lack of a lake and parking is a little difficult to find. Nonetheless, my pup and I definitely enjoyed the wide open space this park has to offer. Also of note, the park is extreme melt well maintained. I will be back.

No lake, but if you enjoy long, winding trails, green grass, and lots of evergreens, then this is the spot for you! We got a pretty decent workout just making a loop around the park. There is also a playground, a swimming pool, and several soccer fields.

I nice little neighborhood park -- nice grass and great for walking with nice trails. It isn't too busy, but I do notice there is sometimes small groups meeting up.
