The food was good. My wife had the seafood curry and she loved it. All of the dishes were very flavorful. When I read "bone in goat" I thought it was going to be large bones cooked with the meat. They were large and tiny bones. This made eating the dish a tad difficult. I ordered the dish at a spicy level 3 and it was the perfect amount of spicy for me to enjoy.I remember this place used to be a KFC and they changed it into an Indian restaurant, which is fine but they should make further changes to the outside to reflect that. Inside the restaurant was beautiful. The inside says fine dining but the outside says fast food. Parking was plentiful. You won't have a hard time finding a spot.Overall, this was a good place to go. We enjoyed the food and the environment. The service was courteous and polite. Food came out relatively fast.

Me and The Hubs did a 'date night' here two or three months ago. We came in mid-week (maybe a Tuesday) with a 7 PM reservation. There was plenty of seating that night, so we probably didn't need one (but I don't like waiting for a table so I'll make a res whenever I can).We ordered a lot of things, with the intent of taking leftovers home (which we gladly did!). I don't recall everything that we ordered but I think it was: Veg Samosas, Saag Paneer, Aloo Gobi, Rosemary Boti Kebab, Garlic Naan, and Baingan Bharta (I have photos, but I'm still not sure what a couple of the items were). Everything was delish and we happily had the yummy leftovers the next day for lunch! The restaurant is pleasant, and the service was attentive. The only issue we had was toward the end of the evening. As I mentioned, we came in at 7 PM. A little after 8 PM, the music in the restaurant stopped and the staff started doing things in the dining room that looked like they wanted to close up. By this time, there were a lot more people dining than there were when we arrived an hour-plus earlier so I was confused and rather disappointed. We were in for date night and it kinda put a damper on things for us. And I'm pretty sure they're open until 9 PM. Again, their food is great, I just wish we could have enjoyed more time eating it.

Very tasty dinner for us. The chai refills will have us up all night, they really kept them coming. We scallop & shrimp moilee and shrimp tikka masala. Both were very tasty. Super attentive service.

Beautiful place!! Very classy and clean!! Early dinner on Thursday evening and we were the only two people in the restaurant! My friend Rika and I were waited upon fairly quickly and everyone was very polite. The menu was classic Northern Indian cuisine with some unique items too. We ordered the vegetarian samosas and those were fresh and delicious crispy triangles. But the absolute scene stealing item was the thick, rich and incredibly tasty tomato coconut soup. I CAN EAT A QUART OF THAT YUMMY SOUP!!! My friend ordered sweet potato masala which was creamy and tasty. The butter chicken was my favorite and I really loved how the chicken was cut into smaller pieces than other restaurants and that made me happy. The garlic naan was hot and fresh and buttery goodness. I will definitely come back and bring all my friends and family!!

Service was impeccable. We love the food and can't believe it's so close to our house. We observed lots of take-out orders while the dining room was packed with diners.

Haldi was excellent. Period. A family run business that just opened a few months ago. They refurbished a former KFC and it is now an inviting and warm place to eat. It is obvious they are proud of their product and go to great lengths as a team to make sure you have a great experience. The owner came to our table after our food was delivered to check in and make sure we had everything we wanted. While he was with us he told us he wanted us to feel like we were at home. When I asked him "are you the owner" he responded "when you are here, you are the owner". His approach to service made this saying evident that it came from the heart. My chai had run low at this point and he quickly made sure my cup had been filled again. He emphasized that in his home, chai should never be gone, it's a before, a during and an after drink. This interaction really sold the restaurant to us. Their attention to over the top service and care, sincerely made us feel like we should feel welcomed and at home. Now to the food. I mentioned that they emphasized that chai should never be gone, and they really take it to heart. First off, the chai is incredible, among the best I've had in Colorado. We were told that a new batch is made every 90 minutes so it really is always fresh and available. I will go back for this alone. One of the things the owner told us was that one thing they do to set themselves apart is order their spices fresh so they can grind it in house. When I say it makes a difference in the taste, everything was full of flavor and lingered even as we drove home. The chicken, which we were skeptical of at first look, ended up being a highlight of the meal. It was seasoned exceptionally well and was masterfully cooked. This restaurant is also very vegetarian, gluten and dairy friendly. Haldi Indian Cuisine should be a staple in your restaurant choices. It feels like an unknown treasure right now, but it deserves every bit of praise it's getting and more. It is easily ranking itself among the best Indian food I've had in Colorado.

The food and the service is absolutely amazing! We tried the Onion Bhaji, Chicken Vindaloo, Benegasi Gosht, Haldi Mixed Grill, and Gulab Jamun. Every single thing was perfect: perfect spice level, super tender meat, so flavorful. My husband said it was the best vindaloo he's had. As we were packing up, the owner offered us complimentary Chai. They definitely take care of their customers and take great pride in their restaurant. I can't recommend Haldi Indian Cuisine enough. Can't wait to come back!

Food: one word: delicious! No scrumptious...no mouth watering! Ok it's all those words. The rice could use more star anise but was still a perfect combination with the butter naan and rosemary lamb. Let me also state for the record- coconut naan- don't knock it you try it. The flavor combos just worked! Service was top notch and you can tell they really want to do well. Our waiter was so attentive, kind, and explained food choices we had never heard of. This is more of a Northern style Indian cuisines which I need to do research on the difference but bottom line, a must go to!
