Chef Michael at work on our chicken gyros.
Owner, Driver, head chef, and bottle washer. The one, the only, the mad Greek named Mic.

Arby's has better gyros. The lamb was over cooked, chewy, and fatty. Pita bread was the only redeeming factor. Fries were fine. Like everything else in Breck it was ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend.

Apollo and Athena on a Saturday behind Broken Compass Brewery. Two fulfilling gyros with fresh, crisp and delicious ingredients. Apollo is the chicken gyro they have on the menu. Chicken had a crisp grilled to it, very enjoyable. The sauce was missing something.Athena is the beef gyro. Everything was delightful in this puppy. Nice big chunks of beef with plenty of delicious veggies. Fries came with gyros and they are ok. They are a plus because I was not expecting fries. Top notch gyros can't go wrong here.

Good food the one time we had it. Have attempted to go there multiple other times and cart is not there or not open. I could not find a website that stated where truck would be. Called today with no answer and left voicemail. Went there today to grab lunch and called husband at 12:08 as I stood in front of closed food truck that opens at 12. Got a text hours later from same number stating they were open and when I said it was not open when I was there at 12:08 owner accused me of "getting my times wrong". Way to get a customer for life. My phone states I called my husband at 12:08 to find us somewhere else for lunch. Try Redz over the Blue.

Without a doubt, the best gyros I've had. Period. But then again I'd expect nothing less from Mic (who is Greek so don't let the Aussie accent throw you). And his pork gyros (pronounced year-ous) is traditional to Greece and absolutely amazing. The Greek salad was really good too. And the spanakopita too. Honestly, what more could you want for a place that hasn't even had its "soft opening" yet and has been around for less than a week?

I've never tasted a pork gyro this good! Big chunks of real meat, yummy tzatziki and hummus, tomatoes and peppers in this tasty toasted pita. To die for!We also shared the Greek salad which was not your typical Greek salad, with more olives and more feta and cilantro, and grape leaves. Served with triangles of that tasty toasted pita again. Sooooo good!Couldn't resist ending with the baklava, which was delish! It's not easy to find though. Take the little walk to the Plaza at Base 9. It's worth it!

We had to go to Breck to run an errand and decided to grab lunch from Gyros Delish. We each had an Adonis (Falafel Wrap) and shared an order of french fries. The food was good. Looks like the menu prices went way up based on prices listed on the menu they had up on Yelp. Enjoyed the food but thought it was overpriced for what you get, even for mountain town prices.

Food was very good, but came with attitude. The owner needs to relax a bit and stop swearing, not a good look.

Had their churros and hot cider when they were at the bottom of Quicksilver Lift. Loved both. Their cider is absolutely amazing: perfect amount of sweetness and rich in spices. The churros were also very tasty and the chocolate that comes with them seems to have a little bit of spice as well. Most def recommend for cold days.

This is the most authentic Greek food I've had in America! I can't recommend enough. I would eat this every single day if I could!

It can be hard to find a legit Gyro this far from Eastern Europe, but Breckenridge is lucky enough to have about as close as it gets! Meat is piled high then topped with lots of fresh veggies and tatziki sauce! Add some golden fries and baklava, and you're set! The customer service you'll receive is also as friendly as can be
