Definitely something low budget entertainment. After spending lots of money over the long weekend I decided to have a chill no cost afternoon as the boys wanted water and they got water. It's also right down the street from me so that's an additional plus. I didn't know they had a schedule for the water to turn off and on but that's a good idea for water conversation. Also there is a playground and lots of covered space for bbq and such.

Parking super close to splash area. Plenty of shaded area. Actual playground is nice also & looks new & clean. Mulch ground. Outhouse kinda toilet. My only complaint which should be addressed. Concerned about the odor while in the splash pad. Funky. I lived in Chicago & when your basement backs up on rainy days, its raw sewage. The odor is unforgettable there is nothing like it. WELL- that is what i smelled while in water w my kids. Have no idea where it was coming from. I did not let them play in the water long

I adore this park because of the splash ground. Kudos to the city for running one. Weekends can get pretty crazy, but I find weekdays pretty manageable. There's always a chance that a school group is there, but it's still fun for the kids. There's a sizable playground too and the kids often go back and forth. The number one detriment is lack of bathrooms. There is one bathroom structure with one of those hole toilets and one Porta potty. There's often a line outside the toilets and there are no sinks to wash hands. This is typical for the average playground, but many splash pads as large as this would have better bathroom facilities.Otherwise, the park is well maintained. Not a ton of trash around and they come and fill holes with dirt. Also a baseball field and a huge open grassy area for other sports.

Great park with a splash pad! Lots of parking, lots of shade and covered picnic tables. Bathroom and water fountain on site, playground has a mix of foam and wood chips. My 2 year old and 5 year old Both loved it, easy enough for the little one to climb around and enough variety for the 5 year old to stay busy.

Love this park! It's perfect for any weather: slides and swings for cooler weather, splash pad for hot summer days. Also plenty of shade in the gazebos and by the trees. My 3-year old loves to ride his bike and scooter there as well. Convenient parking.

I love this park. It's perfect for kids that are too young to enjoy big waterpark with rides. It's also free and just something on an open sunny day. There's a baseball field, a (dry) park lol, a huge gabana for grilling and plenty of trees for shade. There's some open area to fly kites and around the water shoots is somewhat of a seating area close enough to watch your kids but far enough to not leave soaked. This is a good place for so many different occasions.

It's a great park that's free but u get what u pay for there are millions of kids at that tiny water park lots and lots of day cares and so many children not being supervised by there parents or guardians at the time.
