They aren't kidding when they say "retail" center. They charge retail prices. Used sweaters for $17 and Amazon basics puffer jacket for $16 (new is $23). Clothes with stains, tears, snags and holes on the racks and all over priced. Shelves are sorta organized but many broken items - some items with original prices tags on them - and goodwill tags asking more than original!! Such a scam - all this stuff for free SMH

I shop GW a lot! This is a fairly small store, so it is crowded for space. It's not very well organized as far as sizing or color. It doesn't help that they are bins in the isles with "stuff" just sitting in them, as if they don't have enough room to price them anywhere but on the floor. Yicks!

I just had to update my review to say the last few times we have gone on a Saturday morning, we've seen employees pulling all the clothes that are labelled with the sale color tags on them. They walk through with carts and just have them filled with those days sale colors items. So unnecessary.

This Goodwill location, a retail store attached to a much large processing facility, is a big disappointment. Its carpeted and clean, but very small and the clothes are organized by color, not by size or style . Really weird and not user friendly.Lack of selection is troubling.

One of the last remaining thrift stores in the downtown/westside area. The Goodwill and Salvation Army stores literally in downtown closed awhile back. This location is on the smaller size and tends to be packed. So as long as you're ok with crowds or were assigned to a submarine in your days in the USN you'll be good to go. Like all good thrift stores you can find gems if you look for them. I bought a brand new North Face windbreaker here once for $4.00.Good luck and happy hunting!

This is the most ridiculously overpriced goodwill I've ever been to! Won't be going back.

I had a wonderful experience making a donation at this Goodwill today.I pulled up in their donation lane, and was immediately greeted by a friendly Goodwill employee who unloaded my car, brought my boxes back (I had wanted to keep them since I'm in the middle of a move), and promptly wrote me a receipt right there at the loading dock.I was thanked by at least 3 people for my donation while I waited to unload. This Goodwill makes donating a breeze, and you feel great about it driving away.

I like this store a lot. Always a great book selection, but home goods selection is a bit small, along with unclear organization of shoes. Other than a few small things, the prices are pretty good and I enjoy shopping here.

Great place to pick up shorts in the Springs. I packed for cold weather, so this place was an inexpensive fix with lots of eye candy as well.

I don't understand how a place can sell clothes and not have a fitting room! Also, the staff is not friendly at all.
