WILLS AND TRUSTS: I went to Ashlea Goines Esq. because of my neighbors' referrals. She is so kind and professional in comparison to several people that I interviewed for wills and trusts. She has a great team of lawyers in her office to step in if anything should happen to her. You get a digital copy and a paper packet. Whether you get a will or a trust (she will explain what's best for your situation) - she would also be there for your family to assist if anything did happen to you. She was reasonably priced. She was very patient while I had so many questions and she recommended the best route for my situation. She is not forceful but quite the opposite. She truly loves what she does. If you do not have a will or trust- please call her and get a consultation. I'm only 56, but my dad passed without leaving legal instructions and documentation. This caused our family undue stress for about 1.5 years with probate court and red tape. If you should pass unexpectedly for whatever reason or become incapacitated- a Will and a Power of Attorney (medical and financial) would make life easier for your spouse or kids.
