Great staff for being very busy. Great atmosphere and excellent pizza. They even packaged up or leftovers.

The pizza was delicious, much more appetizing than it looked. The house salad was delicious, the balsamic vinaigrette was perfectly combined with the mixed greens. I highly recommend the food. Very good.The best part was the witty and gorgeous bartender, Big Pig Whit. His drinks were spot on perfect and his conversation and banter was hilarious. Think he'll marry me?!!? --Little Rock

From the moment we walked in the door, everything was a dream. The cheese bread appetizer was absolute perfection, the melty cheese and soft bread was a combination from the heavens above. The family ordered a few dishes to share - a calzone, spaghetti carbonara, fettuccini Bolognese, and their special of the day, which was a spicy veal with a sauce similar to vodka sauce. Every. single. dish. was. magic. I don't know what the chef puts in the meals but each one made me feel like I had floated away on a boat to Italy. Once we arrived in Italy, we had a taste of the tiramisu. It MELTED in my mouth. Bury me with that tiramisu. Actually, bury me with both the tiramisu and the espresso martini. That martini lives rent-free in my brain. Incredible.Our waiter, Christopher P., deserves to be the CEO of all waiters everywhere. We had trouble deciding what to order - drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts! He took his time helping us make decisions, and even sat at the table with us while we discussed our options. He responded to our dozens of questions with patience and a smile on his face. I've never had service like that before. He was an absolute delight. I don't know what he gets paid but he deserves a massive raise regardless.It's been weeks now, but the family still talks about the beauty of Giampietro. Well done, well done.

I know I must really seem like a Karen with all the bad reviews I write; well here's a GREAT one. I was just going through my photos and remembered when my husband and I went to Breckenridge, CO in 2022. We visited this nice little Italian restaurant and the vibe was wonderful right from the start. The host was very friendly and sat us at a nice little table in the corner by the fireplace. Being from Louisiana, we're not used to 10 degree weather, so that was great. I don't recall our waitress's name but she was absolutely amazing. I asked what was good and she said everything but recommended the stuffed ravioli. She was not kidding; it was the BEST ravioli I've ever had! It came with this tasty, crusty bread, that had just the right amount of softness and hardness. It was so good, I wanted seconds. I think my husband had the chicken fettuccine. The restaurant had this warm, inviting feel and I was so comfy and cozy that even after we finished our meal, my husband and I sat there for what seemed like an eternity, just talking. Our waitress constantly checked on us, making sure we were satisfied. I didn't have a single complaint. Kudos to Giampieto in Breckenridge, Colorado all the way from Lake Charles, Louisiana, where it's always hot, even in the winter!

Had a lovely dinner here after a day of skiing. Had carbonara, veal and pepper rigatoni, and garlic bread. The pasta dishes were great. The rigatoni comes out with a spicy kick that was a bit unexpected. The carbonara was creamy and egg yolk was great. Garlic bread was filling and then marinara sauce was a good addition. They don't take reservations. Got the white Sangria which wasn't as fruity as I would have liked. Didn't have room for tiramisu but it looked good! Overall a good meal and would come back again.

This place deserves 5 stars. Not just because the food is hearty Italian with fresh ingredients, but because the staff is the heart beat of its success. They are all super friendly, funny and additive to the cool small intimate restaurant vibe.

Excited to try this place! Sister restaurant of Empire Burger, Briar Rose & Sanchos!We loved the decor of this restaurant! We are sad that we tried this place so late! We ordered the Italian sausage sub which had Italian sausage, peppers, marinara & green peppers! Def recommend!!My wife ordered the chopped salad which was chickpeas, salami, provolone, red wine vinaigrette! It was to die for! Our son got a slice of pepperoni pizza and this pizza beats out Luigi's & Breckenridge ale house & pizza hands down! Feels like we are back in NJ or NYC! We also started with the calamari and it was perfection! Came with two sauces one was marinara & the chipotle aioli! Carly was phenomenal and def gave the best service! Will recommend and will look forward to coming back next time we are in town!!

Even though the place was super busy. The service was super fast! Huge portions. The pasta is amazing!! Reasonably priced especially for a mountain town!

This is the spot when your kiddos want pizza and pasta! They have a huge menu to select from and everything is great! We got the calamari, garlic knots, shrimp al diablo, peperdalle bolognese, pepperoni pizza and the kids spaghetti and meatballs! I wish I took picture of my main meal but I was so hungry I ate the whole thing first and forgot to take a picture. Everything here is tasty! There's plenty of seats and parking. Our server was very sweet and she always came around to check in on us. It's walking distance to small shops and restaurants in Parker! A good family restaurant

Fun dinner spot for the family to celebrate our son's birthday. Great service & food!! Will absolutely come back next time in Breckenridge!!
