Galaxy Glass Smoke Shop

We were greeted upon entering and the young lady behind the counter was very nice. My son always shop here so he like this place. They have done very nice things for those who enjoy smoking...The store was very clean, neatly organized, and well stocked. Everything was reasonably priced. You have to wear a mask. The staff were wearing mask too and sanitizer was provided if needed.

I've shopped here a couple of times now. Good variety of choices for your toking needs. Highly recommend

Came in looking for a vape pen, she showed me all the had and was so knowledgeable it was great! Unfortunately I didn't have enough for some of the nicer ones she showed so I can for the cheaper options, not only did she show me them, she also went about and above and help out with the pricing on the first really nice ones she showed me. Always coming here for my needs from now on! Thank you again to the lady who helpd me!

Great service every time I go. Moved from Texas and love having a friendly smoke shop near the house. Miguel and Jeff are always super friendly and helpful.

We got the wrong size glass, and they where happy to exchange it! I've been here multiple times and each time the service is great and they are all so helpful.

I got a couple batteries from here for my dab pen and both of them have been shit and don't stay charged or don't charge fully at all. I literally let it stay on the charger for 2 whole days and it still was blinking and barely heating up just like a dead battery would. I didn't wanna call a second time for a replacement because I didn't wanna be a Karen and I found my previous battery from a different place that was amazing. Their customer service is really good and the rest of the glass work is pretty cool but the batteries just ain't it.

Good clean and well stocked head shop. The guy who helped me was really nice and gave me extra information on what I was buying and took his time with me. I would go back!

Great customer service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Chris(mijo) he was very helpful & was very nice & also gave me a discount on a bong I was purchasing. Love the atmosphere & how nice he was. Recommend this smoke shop to anyone great deals & prices. 10/10 (:

Manager was very unprofessional! he miss represented products that I purchased he said the bong he sold me Was $300.00 and sold it to me for $125.00. I also bought a bubbler he said $120.00 and sold it to me for $60.00. I was concerned about product not being manufactured in the US! I was told the products were made over seas when I call them and was told I could bring them back for a full refund. My girlfriend then drove 1 1/2 hour trip and was told they don't give refunds after being told they would. The manager told me the girl was new and there is a sign posted no refunds. My question if the sign was visible why didn't the employee see when they work there daily? Take your business elsewhere if you want to deal with a business with integrity!

I used to come before covid, staff is super nice and open with advice. During covid the staff wear their masks correctly. Everything is always clean and organized as well.
