Fun4kidz Playground

This place is not called Monkeyco or something. I was weary to come here based on reviews I've seen... but we came right after the mall opened,And it wasn't busy at all! It was clean, and the employee at the desk was kind and knowledgeable.It cost about $20 for 2 hours (I think?) for my two kids. We'll definitely be back!

It's gonna be a no for me. This place is now called like Monkey something and it's in the mall. We paid $6 for a half hour. Place was dirty AF. Sick kids everywhere. One girl threw up, they cleaned it up and she went back in. Kids coughing and snotty everywhere. Big kids in the 3 and under section and more. It's gross. Stay away from this place.

Me and my son went for an hour yesterday. He had a blast. I believe it was well worth the money. We will definitely be coming back. The lady working there was very polite as well.

The playground is now called Monkeyco. I brought my 7 yr old and she had fun for an hour. It was $12 for an hour, no come and go. $15 for all day. Clean and sanitized. Benches for parents to sit on. Colorful and not crowded at all when we arrived. Ball pit is fun with a volcano that shoots the balls up. Not a bad way to burn some energy and pass the time.

I enjoy going here with my daughter. I have taken her since she was a crawler and even know that she's a toddler. The places has two sections . One section is for crawlers and the other for bigger kids. The staff usually monitors and always cleaning! I like that it's at the mall because you can really tire your kid out and then shop around ! Price is okay for 2 hours! Anywhere from 8 dollars for a crawler and 10 for a walker. They have a rewards point so I do like that! My daughter always has fun and its very kid friendly ! Do wear socks but Incase you don't have any they sell them !!!

Cute, little indoor playground. My daughter had a blast, though I think older kids would be sick of it in a few hours. It was clean. The equipment seemed to be in good condition, and I was happy to see a separate area for smaller kids. The staff was fine though not very involved or friendly. Next time it's a cold or rainy day and the kiddos are pent up, it's definitely worth a few bucks to get some of that energy out.

Sunday I had the unfortunate circumstance of having a party booked with you at the Citadel Mall location in Colorado Springs. It didn't start out well. When I arrived for set up, the girl (Chantel) had no clue I was coming nor any of the expectations of the party. She tried to charge me for my son (birthday boy) which I explained I paid for a party with 5 kids. After calling her "manager" she showed me the room where I could set up. Once my guests started to arrive she continually tried to charge my guest. One particular guest with 3 children came, signed the waiver and Chantel placed wrist bands on all 3 children. 20 minutes later, Chantel thought it was best to scold one of those kids and tell him he was too big to play. He is 10 years old and yelled at him to get out of the play place. Reminding you, Chantel placed the band pass on him on arrival. At this time the mother of the child was very upset about the matter on how her child was spoken to. She very calmly addressed this with Chantel and asked for a manager. As the mother of the birthday boy I was asked to help at this point. When I asked why now the boy was being told he couldn't play I was told I should of read the contract agreement. Which I did, he's 10 I didn't think about him being too tall. Meanwhile, the entire time we were there a grown 30 something adult male played and crawled through the entire play place. When I expressed I also wanted to speak to a Manager due to Chantel's attitude I was told "he was too busy" and was on his way. During this conversation Chantel also expressed to me "I could go now" which I told her no it's my son's party. Over two hours later, no manager had showed. And I doubt one was even notified. Chantel also felt the need to call a bunch of friends and mean mug me and my group while we watched our children play . My entire experience for my sons party was ruined. Yes, my son has no idea what was going on and enjoyed himself except I and not be apart of it. I waited 2 days to post this review after I sent an email. I've had no response from anyone.

The best play for kd in mall citadel , they have few deffrent thing for kid to play some have ball shower

Such a great idea to have in a mall! My 2 year old daughter had a blast. I could see it being an issue if it was more crowded, but when we went it wasn't bad. It was $9 for 2 hours and adults were free. Wear socks! My only complaint is that the lowest time frame was 2 hours. My daughter could have been done after 30 min.

This place does not even exist. We came and there was nothing. So don't come here. It was very disappointing even this mall is just dead.
