Front Range Staffing

Unless you are looking for 1 of the about 4 (generous) admin jobs, don't bother. They make money from staffing the broadmoor, and that's where it ends. They have NO connect to corporate jobs and after asking around, nobody in corporate uses them. And after reading reviews, they don't staff the Broadmoor well either. Go elsewhere unless you're desperate-then maybe you have a chance...for a second. RE BELOW First of all, if you can't staff for my skill set, you shouldn't be in the business-if you don't have to jobs you don't have them, stop telling people it's their skill set. Second, your information about what I was looking for is incorrect-not surprisingly, third: Corporate:relating to a corporation, especially a large company or group.

This is a terrible company! They sold my info to anyone who would pay, and I began getting phone calls from finance and loan outfits before I was even done filling out their online paperwork. Since then my inbox has been overwhelmed with spam, but not a single legitimate job offer. Stay away!

Working with Front Range Staffing was a pleasure. The entire staff was consistently professional and responsive. The exceptional level of follow-up and care they show for both clients and employees was impressive. Even in a pandemic, they were relentlessly passionate about delivering top-tier service!

Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful business. The owner will literally email you weird things like "found you" if she suspects you wrote a bad review about her business to simply let people know this staffing agency is a joke, they won't get back to you regarding jobs & the owner is completely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. I'd go elsewhere honestly.

They are the worst they staff our company and right now in the middle of a virus are firing people for calling in sick hopefully my company will step up and hire the person that was fired today especially since it's one of the best workers I've had in a long time WOW front range smdh

Worst staffing company in Colorado Springs. They fired someone today from the company I work at because they called in sick. She was one of the best workers we had. Would not recommend front range staffing to anybody

Beware... This company is unethical and does not care about its clients whatsoever. I've heard Leona speak to her assistants badly about her clients. She has treated me worse than any other employer I have ever worked for in the past. She would like to think she is professional but is not. The managers at companies she works for don"t even like her and have said she had a bad personality. If you're willing to work temporary work please find another employer. Thankful after all she has put me though that I have been blessed with a PERMANENT position at a great company. This was no thanks to the trashy position she put me in at a company here in town.

Front Range Staffing found a position for me within just a few days which led to a full-time position. Leona was extremely professional and helped me through every step. She even delivered a gift to me when I was hired by the company!

The staffing agency is very unprofessional. I was hesitant to join this company and in the end it has been one the worst experiences I've had thus far. Front Range works with companies who are also unprofessional. The manager that the company I worked for did not like the owner of this business/manager & took that out on me. Honestly working here was a waste of time... Please be aware when applying if you decide to work for this agency you may be worse off after taking one of their positions!

Recently I registered with Front Range Staffing here in COS in the attempt to locate employment. I am sorry to say this is a poor excuse for a Staffing Agency. I've called weekly to update my availability & more than once the receptionist answered with 'Hello'; without identifying as a business; let alone a Staffing Agency. Recently( I called about a job posting on Indeed.com that I saw & asked to have my resume & file sent to the staffing agent in charge of this position & asked that individual to contact me. I never received a phone call & I'm fairly confident the receptionist never related the message. This isn't the first time I've inquired about a position. I was recently informed by the receptionist screening their calls that Front Range Staffing doesn't have a lot of Administrative/Clerical Positions available; when specifically inquiring about a Administrative Position that was currently posted on Monster.com Craigslist that AM. It seems like this Staffing Agency isn't concerned with finding folks with Bachelors Degrees & over 20+ years of Customer Service jobs! Do yourself a favor & don't even bother registering with Front Range Staffing. Unprofessional, Unconcerned, Non Helpful is their mode of operation! They are a disgrace to The COS Staffing Agencies!!
