My niece and I (Brenda) lucked into getting nose piercings with Erik downtown. He's VERY experienced and very informative. I have never had a piercing except for ears and he made us feel comfortable and informed us on the process. He is an artist and knows what he's doing, so be prepared to listen to what he suggests. Do bring cash for a tip. You can put it on your card, but that's all before you get pierced. You'll probably want to tip more.

I called for a piercing appointment and showed up 45 minutes early. To get my nipples re-pierced I was told the price would be $30 more than it was when I got them pierced 3 months ago. The piercer denied my request of piercing and my identification. My ID doesnt expire until 2022 and he still would not accept and sent me out with my paperwork. Their tattoos are overpriced as well as their jewelry that I can find on amazon for about $20 cheaper... go corporate. Id rather pierce myself and go local than come back and I've been going to this headshop since I was 18.

Bought 3 lighters here on 12/21 for Christmas gifts. They were $40 each. They didn't work! Tried to exchange for something that did work today, less than a week after buying them, and they said there was no refunds or exchanges. So, I'm out $130. I used to love this shop, but I WON'T be back! I'll be shopping somewhere that cares about quality and customer service!

Bought a torch from the smoke shop, could hardly use it when I got home that night because it wouldn't keep a hold to the flame. Refilled it with butane and still had the issue. I take it back the next day and One of the workers emptied out the butane and refills it, says the torch is working fine. I buy the same butane he recommended, took it home and still the same problem I had been dealing with previously and this is first try for me so it should have plenty of butane left in it. I was told they do no refunds nor do they do exchanges since the item had been used. So there's $25 down the drain. Terrible customer service in this shop.

I have bought no fewer than three electronic dab rigs and a bong from them that was so badly designed that it literally does not function. You would have to get your weed wet in order to smoke it, and those are pretty conflicting things. They keep saying they will have more replacement parts/coils for those dab rigs, which is why I bought them in the first place, and then they have literally never had those coils in stock. They told me today it's a manufacturer/supplier issue, but another store nearby, Teez vapes, has literally always had those coils in stock. No returns, absolutely nothing offered in order to rectify my experience when I mentioned it several times in the store, and finally they told me they might be able to give me some sort of discount when I called them and told them that, yet again, I had a terrible experience. Yeah, sorry but I'm not going to go back into your store and give you more money and then get some thrilling 5% discount for the privilege. Pretty simple fix for Freakys if they are reading this: be honest with customers, be accommodating when you are at fault, and take the first few opportunities to rectify the situation rather than waiting until your customer has had multiple bad experiences with nobody seeming to care at all.

I got my Conch and double lobes here and it was a pleasant experience, my sister got her nose pierced as will and it turned out amazing! non have gotten infected and they both look great

Love this place! They sell to 18+ and got your average reliable run of the mill items and good brands n stuff. Got super cool pieces and got great prices on bangers and nectar collectors. Every time i go (which is often lol) they rearrange their display. Its a small but nice and noticeable detail

Pretty much anything and everything you can think of is here. The staff can be distracted sometimes, but when they're helping, they do a great job.

If I can give zero stars a would. I bought a pen from this location tried returning it the next day because the button stopped working ( I haven't even charged it the package is brand new.) Stopped working in less than 24 hours and they will not even exchange it. No customer service skills, but what do you expect from a place when you see employees (Megan) doing drugs in the parking lot. I know this is a smoke shop but if you want to keep buisness take care of your customers.
