Fortune Dragon

Came on a Sunday. It was DEFINITELY a whole in the wall Chinese eatery. Accessibility- it's a big uneven parking lot. No designated handicap spaces but plenty of space for wheelchair.Service-it's a really small restaurant so seating is tight. Food- we ordered the House Special Mai Fen and General Tao's Chicken. I'm sorry but I'm not sure how people had rated this place 4 stars. The noodles were soppy and over-salted, not much wok heat. The beef in the noodles were tough and hard to chew. General chicken was just average. Return Factor- No

Food was average. Staff was very nice. It'll do is about all I can say if you're in town and craving Chinese.

Update November 2023:This place could definitely use a facelift. However, it is the best Chinese food I have had since living in Colorado....it's not great but decent for Colorado. I wish when you ask and pay for "extra" whatever....they give you extra. I feel like there is a quick charge for "extra" but not really getting that additional that you ask for. The egg rolls are the best thing followed by the wonton soup. Prices are not too bad for the area and time- everything is expensive now.

Food was very good! Don't let the exterior fool you, though it sure needs to be "up lifted". Had I not referred to Yelp we would not have stopped in. It was very good! We got take-out and when home the food was still hot and fresh. We'll be back (:

Ordered takeout. Food was really good. I'm guessing they were out of egg rolls as they gave me extra spring rolls which actually were really good. Will order from them again.

Delicious and quick food. Don't let the exterior(and interior) fool you. The Chicken with Broccoli was tender and flavorful. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was crunchy and the sauce was delicious. Beef with Broccoli was very tender with a savory sauce. The fried rice was flavorful and not greasy. Everything was cooked exactly as it should have been. The only item that wasn't quite "excellent" was the egg roll/spring roll. The flavor was just a little "off". Overall, affordable and tasty.

My wife and I stopped in at lunch. I am not familiar enough with Chinese food to order from the menu without pictures. The girls at the front were very kind and helped me choose a dish. I basically told them what vegetables I wanted and beef and spicy. I got Hunan Beef. Presentation was great, the beef was tender and tasty, the veggies tasted fresh. They threw in a cup of hot and sour soup which was delicious. My wife ordered her standard chicken with vegetables. She loved it. She said it was better than our go to Chinese restaurant at home. So far this is our favorite restaurant in town. Garlic sauce on the side is great too.

Floor is disgusting tables have not been cleaned and their incredibly understaffed not to mention what staff there is are completely unprofessional as they run through the store yelling do not recommend

Food was delicious! Tastes authentic, big portions. Service was quick.Ambiance... no. But that's part of its charm.
