I would give this 0 stars if possible. Attend a concert at a brand new, world class venue? Nope. Security gives the bullies the benefit of the doubt instead of the victims. 0 stars. All goblins. As I was entering the facility I was harassed by another patron when they said "Out of my way, fat boy." I tried to address the issue by conversing with the bully but instead was sequestered by security and separated from the rest of my party. I missed the entire show as a result of the harassment with no recourse to the aggressor. Buyer beware.

Excellent music venue! Loved our seats for Robert PLANT & Alison Krauss! The seats, the sound system and the beverage & food choices made this music venue one of the best in Colorado! Everything was thought out when building this venue. We thoroughly enjoyed our concert. Such a fun time! TY!

Some things management needs to consider; the sprinkler's shouldn't be running until the crowd leaves the last performance. Sidewalks were wet and in some places, sprinkler was still running. Also, a section of the walkway back to the parking lot was "dark". Accident waiting to happen. Should walk and add some solar lighting.Parking Lot 2 for $35.00 was a "zoo" when trying to leave. Will think twice next time I visit. Need to get organized! May well be worth parking along road or across the road at Bass and walking. Also, couldn't hit I-25 when leaving, had to travel Voyager for 5.5 miles back to Academy. Didn't like that at all!!The theater itself was very impressive. My seat was in section 104, row V. The problem was everyone standing up. Good seats, but couldn't see stage.Watched the entire concert on screen. Next time I think I'd get a seat in the section above the fire pits. I thought the sound overall was a little "flat". One Republic's performance was great! However, they had to stop concert early because of "lightening" threat! The fireworks, however, were second to none! Great finish to the last Sunday night concert!

The Springs desperately needed a higher capacity concert venue for years. The World Arena and Pikes Peak center are old, cramped, and don't attract great touring artists. This has a little bit of everything for everyone. Sunset (Ford) is a well-designed venue and there's not a bad seat in the house. The fire pits are sweet and will be extremely popular for any fall/winter shows. The 300 level seats are nice and spacious. The lawn is turf and you won't get absolutely soaked and filthy like the muddy lawn at Fiddlers. And the 100 level seats on the ground floor are comfy as hell. Certain artists will keep the pit open and others will fill those with folding chairs - depends on what they want logistically.Food and drink pricing is fair but not outrageous, especially compared to many similar venues. $8-$14 for the food (Cheesesteaks, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Burritos, Tube Steaks, Mac N Cheese). $6-$14 for drinks, depending on what you're having. They have pre-mixed cocktails, straight shots of liquor, and about 20 different beer selections - depending on if you just go to beer tents or wait a bit longer in the full concession lines.Parking can be tricky if you dont get there early or have a VIP pass, but let's be real - what concert venue anywhere has enough parking to accommodate all the fans without a commute/shuttle/walk of some sort? Red Rocks doesn't. Fiddlers doesn't. Even Mile High has overflow parking at nearby businesses. So that's not a valid negative point. There's been a ton of doubters, haters, and complainers. And there probably still will be beyond the grand opening. They'll be putting finishing touches up until the grand opening and then they'll work on completing the Owners Suite on the back wall + optimizing the sound wall. Great venue, great vision, great leadership, great corporate partnerships to secure mid to large touring artists. Expect more negativity for some reason; some people can't just be happy to have nice things. This will be such a good thing for the Springs.

We went to One Republic and sat in the Firepit suite 3, and it was amazing! We had so much fun! We parked in lot 2 and walked straight to the entrance. It was super close. If you're in the Firepits you have your own entrance line, which we walked straight to the front of. There were so many fun food and drink options once you're inside. It was cool to see. We ordered straight from our server who kept checking on us in our Firepit suite. The whole place is really nice. I can't wait to go back for more concerts!

Absolute clown show of a venue, policies are not clearly communicated, the staff is ill informed and just flat out incompetent. Parking is a nightmare as well. This is the first and last time I will never attend anything at this dump.

Went to One Republic. Amazing views. FREE parking .25 miles a way. Easy to exit. Venue line is just not that long. 10 times less challenging than Red Rocks and no parking snafus like Red rocks. Tons of food and drink stations. Nice staff.

This operation is very disrespectful of the community. The noise is loud after 9:00 on a weeknight. It is loud enough to keep people awake with windows closed. We are forced to be a consumer.

Absolutely awesome venue that offers a wonderful and refreshing choice without having to drive hours to enjoy. Sadly the upcoming lineup lacks the cultural and musical diversity that truly represents the Colorado Springs/Front Range commity. The downfall of all our past major entertainment venues has been the inability to bring in national talent that consistantly held the interest of the true music fans here.
