We enjoyed a very nice lunch during our ski break. Located at the top of the Eagle, this is the perfect place to rest and unwind away from the crowds of the food court without having to go to the bottom of the mountain. The ambiance is modern mountain. We ordered the soup of the day (parsnips and potato) as well as the beef stroganoff. Both were very satisfying and delicious. I wish the stroganoff had mushrooms as I only tasted beef and onions and I like mushrooms in my stroganoff but it was still tasty. The house made pasta was a bit on the thick side but was cooked very nicely. The soup was excellent. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely eat here again.

Stopped in after a few runs and it was a really really good vibe! It wasn't crowded at all and the views are unbelievable.m! Seriously such a beautiful spot!!! We got the truffle fries and bloody Mary's, and I have to say the truffle fries were amazing! However, the bloody Mary's were some of the worst I've had tbh. I asked for extra spicy and they weren't spicy at all plus it was "thin" if you're catching my vibe. Just wasn't the bite I want in a Bloody Mary. Didn't let it ruin the experience, had a great little break and went back out to the slopes! Will be back

Forage & Feast is a new full-service on-mountain restaurant at Copper Mountain. The dining room is the nicest thing I have ever seen on-mountain. But it's not too fancy, there are people with ski gear on after all. However, I did see people dining there in regular clothes, using the gondola to get to the top of the mountain. The view is very nice and there is an entire wall of windows to see it all.For lunch, I ordered the pork carnitas tacos, 3 corn tortillas filled with plenty of pork, topped with cilantro, onion, and some tasty salsas ($19). These were very good tacos and filling as well.My wife enjoyed the soup du jour ($14), served in a very large bowl. It is always a veggie-based puree and I think this day it was butternut squash, topped with pepitas and fresh herbs. It was also very tasty and quite filling as well. For those with even bigger appetites, there are a variety of large plates from a burger to venison and trout. There is also a kids' menu including some fun mocktails. Plus a full bar for the adults. It was a pretty unique dining experience while out on the slopes.

Overall, if you're looking for a really nice and homey restaurant, at the top of Copper Mountain, this restaurant is the place to be. It's right above the cafeteria. They also serve cocktails beer, a bunch of different other alcohols. we got the hamburger as well as the Italian dip. The hamburger was really good. Service is good and quick. Don't forget to ask for a discount with your ski pass.Overall I wouldn't visit here every time I go to Copper Mountain, but it was a great time to just chill during a white out day and grab a filling late lunch.

Beautiful new sit down restaurant with 5 star views and service. Food is somewhat mixed. The tempura portabella shrooms were the best thing we got. I consider it a must get. The kids' trout plate was an incredible bargain for $12 with perfectly seasoned fish including crispy skin! Perfect portion size too. If you ask nicely, they let you order it as an adult. The pasta dish had a very rich sauce and beautiful cooked chicken thighs but the pasta was undercooked and tough. The drunken noodle bowl was lukewarm and unremarkable. The worst dish was the Three Bears Chicken Torte. It was so blah looking, I didn't bother photographing it. The chicken was shredded and somewhat dry. It seemed to be missing the aioli. Fries that came with it were decent and plentiful, but overpriced for a bland sandwich.

This is a difficult restaurant to rate. The scenery is beautiful, the food is pretty good but the service (or possibly their management's processes) are poor. I've experienced long waits for a table every time I've eaten there. I understand a wait when all the tables are full but not when I can count 10 empty tables sitting idle. You certainly don't feel like this is a premium dining experience when you're standing around wasting time for no apparent reason.

Forage & Feast in the new Aerie bar and restaurant was an incredible experience and a perfect break from snowboarding. The decor is just beautiful and the views are gorgeous! We will definitely plan to have dinner at the restaurant upstairs next time. We did spend time at the upstairs bar and the atmosphere and view alone are worth visiting, but our bartender Geoff made our experience unforgettable. We tried quite of few of his specialties and they were all phenomenal! Not only were the drinks incredible, but his artistry in making them and watching the detailed process was like getting drinks AND a show... and somehow he still got took care of everyone without anyone having to wait. We will definitely be back!

There was a "glitch" in the system. Wanted us to pay $180 per person not including the four kids with us. Sent us up the Gondola and immediately sent us back down. No accommodation for a very late dinner reservation with kid. Completely shut us down.Side Note: Saw an employ not was their hands.
