Beautiful park in Evergreen with a easy trail. Right now it's great for spikes or snowshoes. The snow was packed and more slushy and icy so we used spikes instead of the snowshoes and they worked great. The views are pretty and not too crowded at all. There was a ranger at the parking lot and it seems to be checked up on quite a bit. The parking lot isn't too small and there's good space. Highly recommend in the winter because it makes the trail more interesting.

I love this area!!! We love the area and taking the kids for lots fun outside adventures. There are lots great trails to see other people riding their horses and donkeys. We like to take the kiddos and practice on the striders and enjoy the cooler weather with the short ride from the suburbs. There a lot great stuff in the area to enjoy!

Flying J is a go-to hike for us if we want a 'take your time' type hike. We wanted fresh air, sunshine and relaxation. Great place!

We stumbled upon Flying J Ranch Park while driving around Conifer one late afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide open space and variety of activities available in this park. *Horseback Riding*Hiking*Snow Shoeing*Mountain Biking*Picnics*Great place to let the dog run (my opinion)It has 3-4 miles worth of hiking trails and is one of the more flat leveled parks I've been to in CO. It's a family friendly park that could easily be enjoyed by a child or adult. A family picnic would be perfect under one of the many gazebos available. Bathrooms are also available, which is always an added bonus after a long hike. This was a quick initial visit with the hope of returning in the near future when the weather is less wet and there is less of a chance of a muddy dog (white dog and mud don't mix).

Great running and hiking, not too long, you are in no danger of getting lost, plenty of people. Decent amount of parking. Pit toilets at the trailhead.
