Solid fill you up food for a solid price. You won't still be hungry after you have the adobo chicken dinner! The chicken was full blown flavor town and you get two scoops of plain white rice along with 4 meat filled Lumpia (spring roll type thingys) and they are GREAT! These alone are worth a trip.Sauces were included, which was good because the rice needed them, but you could use some stuff from your fridge if you bring it home to eat. Would be nice to have a lil something in the rice. Other than that, this is a solid and dependable choice. Wothy of mention though, this truck will be absent for about a month, but will return in a month from the end of October.So if you visit and he isn't there, he will be back!

Food is really delicious, and customer service is great. The pork belly is on point. I highly recommend this place. The food is fresh and cooked while you wait my kids loved the chicken skewers.

Lumpias were bomb AF! I couldn't stop eating them!!! Service was amazing! Cooks were handsome!

Was in Colorado for vacation week and visiting Garden of the Gods when my partner was craving for Filipino food. Although 30mins away, we decided to give it a try. Food is AMAZING, service is OUTSTANDING! Lumpia was fried fresh, chicken barbeque was great. My partner says this is one of the best sisig she has had here in the United States. Being born and raised in the Philippines, her approval rating says a lot. Definitely glad we came here. If you're looking for local Filipino food around town, look no further!

So I'm a bit torn on this food truck. It received rave reviews from several friends which prompted my going there. I've been twice now and the first time was good and the second was less than satisfactory. First time I had the sweet glazed chicken, pansit, and lumpia which was great! The lumpia was crispy, not too greasy, and I love the vinegar based sauce it came with. The second time I got the pork belly, pansit, and lumpia. Again, the lumpia delivered, but the pork belly was very fatty, (I somewhat expected this and was ok with it) also tough and a bit dry. The pansit was also good until I found a short black curly hair in it, which immediately turned me off. So yeah, I'm not sure if I'll be back.

Best Filipino food I have ever had! Adan is awesome and very friendly! If you haven't tried this food truck you need too.

All of them have their own take on staples but share great quality and service. I loved their beef lumpia. The pork belly truly reminded me of home. It's not supposed to be fall apart tender, just fyi if you've never tried this specific recipe. The man tending shop was nice and knowledgeable.

The egg rolls came with my meal which was the bbq sticks, pancit and rice. The egg rolls were crispy and delicious. The pancit and rice were pretty good and the chicken bbq sticks were amazing with great flavor! Will be back

Attention all Filipinos who are new to Colorado Springs, this place is a taste of home being from ca where we are used to Filipino food on every corner. They are very good and well worth the price.
