Great Food!The food was terrific, especially the refried beans. I could literally just eat 20 bowls of their refried beans. I don't think anyone would like me after that though. What stood out the most was how they serve their beer. They give you an ICE-COLD mug. That sucker is soooooooo cold. And when you pour the beer in....you are in heaven!

I never thought I'd find a Mexican restaurant in Colorado as good as Texas.Foodies! Do yourself a big, fat flavor and stop here while in Salida, Co. It is DELICIOUS! We're going again because we have really enjoyed each. Dish we've had, the serving staff, and the drinks!

My top 3 wishes are granted here. Delish house made tortilla chips, served warm. Delish Salsa. Delish creamy refried beans. Lotsa good menu items. I'm happy.

This is such a good place to visit and eat. The atmosphere is so cool with the vines all over the ceilings and walls. The food will not disappoint. Exceptionally good enchiladas, rice, beans, chips, salsa, tacos, and so much more. It is so worth trying. If in Salida it is a must stop!

Really delicious authentic Mexican. Generous portions. Reasonably priced. Fantastic flavors. Service was great. The drinks were gigantic. The dinner plates were huge. You're not going to go home hungry! I had two tacos and a "crispy" chili relleno. The citrus marinated pork taco was delicious. The steak taco was a little dry. The chili relleno was delicious but I wouldn't say it was crispy. He had a ribeye special in a spicy red sauce. Not sure what it was called but it was tasty. All in all we loved this place and would return again!

Wow! This place was an amazing find. I came to Salida with my husband for a weekend getaway. We were craving Mexican food so we decided to try Fiesta Mexicana. We were very pleased with the service and of course the food. We order the fajitas with chicken and shrimp, a tamale and chicken taco. Everything tasted great! Chips and salsa are homemade and authentic. We will most definitely be back!

I've seen the building everytime I've come into Salida. Today was the day foodies. Let's talk chips. It's important! Nice and thick enough to hold the salsa, which was terrific. I could have made that my lunch.. you know what I'm talking about! My enchildas - one, pork, had a delicious seasoning and the other was chicken with a verde sauce and sour cream dollop on top. I loved it! Husband had street tacos with lengue, brisket, and pork. He was very happy with the tongue(lengue). I didn't taste that... plates are full of rice an beans and it was a great experience. The service, food, margaritas, location.

We were looking for Mexican Food and a patio where we could take our small dog. This was the perfect place. The patio is covered and fools you into thinking you are actually in Mexico. But the highlight was the food. I had the Super Chicken Enchiladas and my wife had the Street Tacos filled with the fried pork. She gave that dish 5 stars and the salsas were delicious. My enchiladas were also very good and ample. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. Prices were fair and free chips and salsa. Can't beat it.

The service was good but the food was horrible. This is white mexican food. I ordered the shrimp ceviche and if you ever had ceviche , the fish is marinated in lemon/lime juice. This was is a Clamato sauce. I then asked if the flan was homemade, which they said yes. I should have been more specific, is it authentic. This flan was probably from the Goya box. Tased like crap. I asked for the Cheesecake and I'm not sure what I got. It was like a cannoli. I will say the horchata was homemade and was good. I also ordered a carne asada street taco and that had pinto beans on it and the meat tasted like crap. If you're from a place that has authentic Mexican food don't eat here. If you like Taco Bell you will probably like this place.

Great service, great margs. Great houseplants. Ok food. But remember where you are. You didn't come to Salida for fine dining.
