I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I cannot believe how rude and downright mean this lady just was to me. I walk in looking for a dress for an upcoming wedding I'm attending. I was in this store at least 20 minutes picking out dresses to try on without anyone asking if I needed assistance. A lady suddenly approaches me telling me I can't just pick out dresses to try on and what was I doing? I explained to her I was attending a wedding and asked if I could pick the ones I wanted to try on and take in 3 at a time. She said no and that I needed an appointment and literally snatched the dresses out of my hand. If you look at this store, it is not a high class bridal shop, it's a simple dress shop in the mall. I am just baffled that they would treat customers this way.

It's a good store and it has very nice things, but I gave it a poor review because of the girls/women who work there. They are definitely trained to sell you and push the most expensive item on you rather than the one that suits you best. I was extremely disappointed when my friend went to pay for the dress, they rang her up and after her credit card went through the girl told her it was final sale and she couldn't make exchanges or returns. That's entrapment! Because of this, don't go there, it just shows dishonesty and I will not recommend this place to anybody even if they do have nice things.

I bought my eldest daughter a very beautiful gown at this location 3 years ago and have returned for other accessories as well take times. Last week however my 14 year old daughter accompanied by her older brother took her here to purchase a dress for an upcoming school dance...I am out of state. My kids were treated very rude from the moment they walked into the store by the same grumpy manager I deal with when I go there, but for her to act like the witch she did and even after my son spent quite a bit of money for his sisters dress the manager still treated them very distasteful. Although I've overlooked it because I do like the clothing there and I am an adult, this last situation directed to my kids was over the top and I'm disgusted and will not spend my money there anymore.

Now the only reason I'm reviewing this place is because i'm trying to be a true Yelper. If you're a dude you need to run far far away from this place. It's a man's nightmare. I've never sen so many dresses in my life. Now these dresses aren't your average everyday dresses. these are your Military ball, Prom, oober fancy types. I'm going to cease this review now because I'm sure as soon as any woman saw a dude wrote a review here they immediately neglected me.

The employees here and the owner are very, very kind and care about serving you. They will give you one on one attention and help you find exactly what you need. I only come here for formal dresses so I'm not sure about casual wear, but the formal dresses are always absolutely beautiful and can fit many occasions. I highly recommend this place any time you're looking for a nice dress!

We unfortunately ended up here while searching for a prom dress for my daughter. The dresses were very expensive, but we found one on the reduced rack that we could afford. The shop advertises that all sales are final, and I think the reason is they know their dresses are not top quality. When we got ready to find shoes for my daughter's dress, she tried on the dress only to have the zipper come undone - it was not repairable. I took it back to the store to see what they could do, and they offered to fix the zipper. This was on a Monday before her prom on Saturday, so they promised the dress would be ready on Thursday. We went to the mall Thursday afternoon only to be told the dress was not ready - they hadn't even gotten the zipper for it yet. No one bothered to call me and let me know, so I made the trip for nothing. This time, they promised the dress would be ready Friday morning, and by noon, I had heard nothing. We finally called them after lunch and the zipper had not been done. This time, they told us it would be ready in 2 hours, so we went in at 3 to pick up the dress. To our surprise, the dress was actually ready. No one at the store apologized for our inconvenience or offered any kind of discount for our time. Customer service is non-existent at this store. I would highly recommend going anywhere else to look for you next formal dress. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Went in there today and was instantly greeted and asked if i needed anything. I let them know i had an upcoming ball and had no idea what i was looking for. I was worried because im plus sized and all plus sized dresses i had found prior were incredibly pricy and didnt look good on me what so ever. But the manager was incredibly helpful finding my size right off the bat. The other 2 girls helped me to narrow down what i was looking for and even looked at me and suggested what they honestly thought would work. I also let them know my concerns i.e. my post baby tummy; my fat arms... they pulled a few dresses and even a few accessories that would work. I told them i didnt want to wear a strapless dress because i hated my fat arms and such. They told me that they would recommend certain type of dress to help with my concerns. I actually ended up going with the dress they suggested. They really seemed to know what they were talking about! It was a $99 dress and they asked if i wanted accessories and i told them i was wearing a necklace my husband bought me and they matched the other jewelry with my necklace perfectly. Oh and the manager told me if i didnt like the color of the dress they would order a different color with no extra charge. I think the worst part of the entire experience was trying to wrangle my 3 year old haha. I mean the sales are all final sales but they have plenty of dressing rooms for you to try on. If you hate something you wont have to worry because the prices are cheap enough not to freak out.

They don't do exchanges even though on the sign they have in the back it says no refunds just exchanges. The shoes I bought didn't even fit right they felt super cheap, my feet could literally slip through the shoe. That's how bad they were made, bad quality.

Horrible service to where I would give it zero stars but i can't so i'll give it one. First of all, the women fat shamed my friend. My friend is no where near plus size but the women kept insisting that she was. Second of all, my friend wears a L and the women brought her a 3x L dress saying that the large wasn't her size when it clearly was. Finally, the dresses aren't even worth the price nor the humiliation they put you through.

Only giving this store one star because of their prices! Me and my friend went in the other day searching for a dress for an upcoming military ball, at first we were amazed at how many beautiful dresses were in the store, we had picked out our dresses and waited 20 WHOLE MINUTES just for them to get us into a dressing room, which isn't that big of a deal, we were willing to wait, I unfortunately didn't find what I was looking for, but my friend found the exactly what she wanted. She had to come back the next day to get it after pay day and they said they would hold it for her. When she went back she signed one receipt for her dress but was charged double! They didn't try and fix the mistake, the only reason she found out was because her bank called her, idk know about you but that just sounds sketchy to me. I seriously feel like they were just trying to make double off her. Definitely would not recommend this place! But if you decide to go make sure you check with your bank once your done!
