Highly recommend this tattoo shop to anyone! They are so professional, they send text reminders about appointments and make the whole process easy. This shop is very big, they have an artist to fit any and all needs. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. My artist is Danny Black, he did a memorial piece of my cat, and he nailed it. Looks just like him, making me almost cry it was so good. He is an amazing color artist, and his work is solid. I've been a long-time client of Danny because his work stays, the saying bold will hold is true for him.

I would not recommend this place to first time customers...the artist didn't have anything drawn up and made me wait 40 minutes while he doodles in his tab..I emailed these guys what I wanted and they responded with yes they can definitely do it.. its an easy tattoo ...wanted tto get two tat done the artist was preparing colors for one tattoo..but proceeded to start with the other tatto.i specifically wanted red ink emailed them and reminded the artist before the procedure..it was done quick..since its dime size tattoo and found out it was done in the wrong ink color

Dan at front desk was so helpful to reschedule an earlier appointment and get me back on schedule with my childhood friend and her husband from Georgia for a very special memorial design for my late husband. Bryan spent so much of his talented energy to make the design just right! Made perfect suggestions and it turned out great! We had a hard concept but he made it shine! We all love it and it will forever be special!!

Go see Nathan, period. He put my white pine tree branch together from reference tattoos showing the movement and style I was going for, photographs of the actual tree, and my own rambling vision of what I wanted. The final product sprouted from his freehand sketch with a few colored markers! He stayed late and crushed the whole thing in one go for me, and I had a blast sharing jokes and life stories with him to pass the time. I got a great price too and could not be happier with the final piece I get to carry with me forever.The shop itself was beautifully decorated and so spotlessly clean you could eat off the floor. I was offered snacks and drinks. The other staff were kind and looked happy to be there. Special shoutout to Brenda, Michelle, and Dan, who all helped make my appointment happen pretty much last minute, and to that one artist whose name I never got who invited me to a barbecue. Thank you to everyone, especially Nathan!

I had Lindsay as an artist let's just say that this is the first bad tattoos I've ever had. And I have several tattoos. The face of my sunflower clock is messed up not sure how I'm going to get that fixed and the face of the Raiders emblem is also messed up I assume that fix one end up being a complete blackout. The shop contacted me I haven't heard from them now in 2 weeks so at this point it's safe to say that I'll be finding a new tattoo artist to fix these mistakes and it will not be at that shop. Be fair warned I would never do business with them again and don't advise anybody else to either.Now I received an update and I responded to the message. However this morning I got an update from Google where I got bad mouth on Google. And then they tried to claim that Lindsay did take before pictures and after pictures of whatever that and that she didn't cancel the appointment. However I still have where they called me the first time saying that Lindsay canceled the appointment and was passing me off to another tattoo artist because she felt she couldn't complete the work instead of contacting me herself and telling me that. Now again nobody has attempted to help me fix at least the clock tattoo. But they're quick to try to bad mouth me back on the post and Google. So watch yourselves guys these tattoo artist can't be at fault for their bad work remember that

Mary is the best piercer ever! She is so kind, gentle, thorough, and informative. She did four piercings in total for three of us and each one of came out flawless! She is a true professional and I would trust her for any and every new piercing. The piercing station was a clean and serene lil place. Def get your piercings done by Mary!

Had another great experience at Fallen Heroes this past weekend. Junior did a fantastic job on the inside of my left arm and was able to provide exactly what I wanted. I will be going back soon! Thanks very much!

I still love my tattoo and Aaron is an incredibly skilled artist. I am, however, docking my review a couple stars because of how unprofessional this shop is. I drove from Denver to Colorado Springs to get my tattoo and had no issue doing so for a quality artist. There were 5 or 6 occasions where my appointments were rescheduled by the shop. Now, I'm understanding that stuff happens but where I draw the line is when my appointment is cancelled the day of the appointment multiple times. On one occasion, I had taken PTO and was halfway between Colorado Springs and Denver when they called and cancelled my appointment with barely 1.5 hours' notice. On another occasion, I received a voicemail confirming my appointment the day before but they said I didn't have an appointment when I arrived the next day. There may have been another occasion where I showed up and they'd botched the appointment but I've honestly lost track of how many times the shop pet me down with appointment scheduling. Had I pulled either of these, I would have been out $100 in deposit money for each occurrence yet was offered nothing for the inconvenience and waste of time and gas. The other few times I at least got a few days' notice but it's insane that so many appointments had to be rescheduled. In the end, I didn't even get my sleeve 100% completed so now need to find a new artist to finish the job since Aaron is moving. I'm disappointed because after my first session, I was convinced I'd found the best shop in Colorado Springs but now I wouldn't recommend them.

I've wanted a tattoo for years and never quite figured out what I wanted enough to be staring at for the rest of my life. Fallen heroes does a tattoo-a-thon every year to benefit Sue DiNapoli ovarian cancer organization. Super community oriented and I love that. But about the tattoo. Because of the nature of the event we were limited in size and scope. But rather than a "push-them-through" assembly line they were so customer friendly and supportive. My artist Bryan was amazing for this first timer. Fast, amazing work and he even customized the idea I brought with from Pinterest to make it more unique and beautiful. Can't say enough great things about the people....the vibe....and the work. They say once you get one tattoo you're addicted. Not there yet but when I get my next one....I know where I'm going!!! Will recommend to everyone I know
