The food was on point and service was great. My burger was cooked to perfection and their signature cocktails are also on point.

So glad I chose to come to this bar and grill! I was looking for a place to catch the UNLV vs Air Force game and figured they'd be showing it here. Upon request, they changed one of the TVs to the game with no problem. Great service already! I ordered the prime rib dip sandwich with fries and a side of ranch. Additional, I ordered a virgin sangria to enjoy the game with. That sandwich was one of the best prime rib ones I've had! The beef was cooked to perfection and with just the right amount of seasoning. Their fries were also cooked just right (crispy). There is unlimited salad and soup of the day while supplies last. I'm a huge fan of ranch...the ranch was great! I gave the bartender/server a challenge by ordering a virgin sangria. But boy, can he deliver! That sangria was perfectly sweet, mixed, and prepared! Great job, Michael! Food was real good and service was exceptional. I won't hesitate to return here next time I'm in the area. There's plenty of free parking outside and prices are reasonable.

We did a lot of research on "what to see" in Colorado Springs, and one of the things that seemed really good was the Breakfast Buffet at this restaurant. We visited Saturday morning, 10/9/21, and were WAY less than impressed.Biscuits were hard and dry, gravy was runny, French toast was hard, orang juice was quite watery, and my custom cooked "eggs over medium" came out runny and barely warm.To make matters worse, when we went to pay, we were told rather coldly that "we don't accept cash". So, I produced a credit card, and we paid and left, quite disappointed. The next day, in checking my credit card account, I saw that we were billed not only for the overpriced buffet, but a second charge almost $10 more than the first charge. Breakfast was, apparently over $50 for two people.Contacting the restaurant was tiresome - "front desk" said Gary or Matt (in the restaurant) needed to handle my complaint, but they were never in. "Call back after 5 PM". After repeated attempts to get Matt or Gary, Trish answers and tells me she'll have to get access to our waitress's account to see what was charged. Promised to call me back. NEVER DID.This morning, I see that the bigger of the two charges on my credit card disappeared, but still no contact whatsoever with the restaurant, and not ever any sense of "we're sorry you had problems" or "we're sorry your breakfast wasn't top notch".Again - MAJOR dissapointment.

Please don't think this is what Colorado Springs has to offer for cuisine. We have much, much better food with in a 5 minute drive. Went there last night on a date and I wish we had gone to the Wendy's across the street instead. I ordered the ribeye cooked medium RARE, what I got was a ribeye cooked medium well instead. The manager on duty had apologized for the wait, if I had know that over cooking my steak was what was taking so long, I could have saved them some trouble. Our meals came with the salad bar. The items in the bar were not kept cold in anyway and several of the dressings had that greasy film over them that reminds you of mayo left out in the sun. I took a few bites of my salad before I tasted something very off and wisely decided I'd had enough. The meal also came with a dessert, either ice cream or cake. I was hopeful that at least dessert would not be disappointing. I was wrong. Very, very wrong. We each got a slice of cake that was completely dried out on the outside, except for the part that had been face down on the plate . And not just a little dried out. It was so crusty that we actually flipped the cake over and kind of hollowed it out to get the edible parts. It was clear that the individual slices of cake had been sitting on the plates, uncovered, for maybe a day before they were served. The only reason anyone should eat here is if they are snowed in at the hotel.

We just left the Falcon Bar and Grill located in the Academy Hotel and will never go back.We ordered a house salad and mozzarella sticks and boneless wings The mozzarella sticks were good. We both took a fork of the salad and little black bugs fell on the plate. They were also in the salad as we checked. The waitress was horrified and brought it back to the kitchen and took it off the bill.No manager came out to apologize or anything. We did not finish any other of our food.

Coming from Texas to stay at the Academy we went out to eat a few nights last night of our stay decided to try The Falcons Bar and grill. Pizza and wings we were in for a surprise the food was really good and priced very well salad bar was great. Our hostess even made sure we squeezed in a extra beer at the happy hour price. My only regret about staying at the academy is not trying the burger. If your staying at the academy the place is a must Don't forget about the breakfast buffet

I miss the salad bar! This hotel restaurant is a place I visit regularly while in the springs. Every time I see the restaurant I wanna sing " midnight at the oasis." Has a romantic 80's vibe, friendly staff, and the food is amazing for a hotel. The hotel and restaurant is a gem!

We stayed at the hotel (which we liked) and it was very cold outside so we decided to eat here as it was convenient to just walk from the pool to the restaurant The food was horrible. I'd say it's even pre-made or only heated right there. Very basic.Service was good but we only ate some because we were very hungryIf you eat here is because it's convenient and you don't want to drive or cross the street. The food is not cheap and it's lousy fast food type American food

This place is a great dive bar. Good beer, fun place, bartenders were friendly and fun and made sure we had everything. That being said, the food isn't great. The burgers look good and I wish I had tried one but our party ordered a slopper burger which was terrible, Mac & cheese bites which were probably TGIFriday mac&cheese bites from the frozen section of the grocery store and a pizza which was also probably a frozen pizza. But for beer, pool, darts, being rowdy and having fun, this place is great! I'll definitely go back again.

Atrocious. We were staying at the hotel and gave the restaurant a try, but really wish we hadn't wasted our money here. I ordered the Hawaiian chicken skewers, but the skewers had not been cooked at all. Literally, I was served two kabobs full of raw mushrooms, raw red onion and raw peppers. It was completely inedible. My husband ordered nachos with chicken and was instead served nachos with fake, cold cheese and what appeared to be leftover breakfast sausage from their breakfast buffet. Our waitress was also very unfriendly and was loudly being rude to her coworker. They were arguing right in front of us at the front of the restaurant and she yelled at him, "I'm not talking to you, you're so annoying." We paid our extremely inflated bill and got out of there as fast as possible. It wasn't worth our time to ask for a discount on our food, because our waitress was so confrontational. It's a shame, because we are staying at the hotel for several days and had originally planned to eat multiple meals there. However, after this experience, there is no way we would go back.
