They did a fantastic job! Very courteous, friendly and well trained men. They were very careful to protect my wood floors. It was easy to make an appointment for the same week and they arrived on time. I had a couple of small pet stains they took care of perfectly. Highly recommend them!

Much like the other review says, the first experience is a negative experience. You really need to watch these technicians closely. They seem to take A LOT of shortcuts and want to spend more time getting out of work rather than just doing it right the first time. They cannot make any decisions without calling the boss and the boss is not on site and makes judgement calls off a conversation and not the situation. The other review rated them negatively at first and so are we. Unlike the other reviews, we won't give them another try to "save their reputation". If we need to watch over them and complain to get proper service, it's not worth the time and energy.

I have used Extreme Clean for years. They are professional and courteous. My carpets always end up looking new. Also, my daughter had did an oops (bleach spots on the hall carpet) and Extreme Clean was able to color it back like it never happen! You ROCK!

I have used Extreme Clean exclusively for the last 5 years. There is no other company I would trust to take care of all of our carpet, floor and upholstery cleaning needs. They are ALWAYS on time, respectful, professional and very knowledgeable of how to take care of all types of floors and upholstery. One visit they were able to get set in red kool aid out of my white carpet! They are always quick with appointments and I never have to wait long. I receive follow-up calls after each visit too. That makes me feel like my needs as a customer matter! Way to go Extreme Clean!! Keep up the great work!

Thanking Extreme for coming to my rescue when another company's equipment went down (it happens.) Returned my voice mail on a Saturday and got my rental house scheduled within a couple of days to make my deadline for move in. Friendly, fast, neat and professional service (I'd just waxed the hardwood floors and there was not a bit of mess, water or tracking to accomplish the cleaning.) AND ... the price was almost 1/3 less than the original company.

I had a good experience with this company in that they did a great job on our carpets. They even were able to fluff up the areas (stairs, etc) that saw a lot of traffic over the past 3 1/2 years. The guy (Vince) even cleaned all the nooks and crannies (i.e. under the desk we couldn't move, closet floor, etc). Also, he combined the 1/2 flight of stairs and the hallway and considered both one "area" instead of charging me separately for the two areas. They also called a day later to get feedback on the service. I would hire them again.I gave them four stars because of three reasons. One, they were a half-hour late and didn't call to get directions until 20 minutes after they were supposed to be here. Two, in the Groupon Q&A and in an email from Annalise, they said that they move sofas; they clean the carpet underneath and then sit the sofa on blocks. After Vince left, I noticed that he did not do this - he just cleaned around it. Later in the feedback call, they told me getting the sofa moved was something I needed to request. That upset me because that fact wasn't communicated anywhere - not their website, not in the Groupon Q&A, and not in an email from Annalise. From the answers they gave, it sounded like it was automatically part of the service. It would have been nice if Vince would have asked if I wanted that done. Third, they say they don't have hidden charges, but on my bill, there is a a "fuel surcharge" for $5. Not a big deal. But if you're going to say there's no hidden charges, then be up front about them in the beginning and explain what they are for.Extreme Clean: My suggestions would be that when the appointment is scheduled, get the details of the job (which rooms are to be cleaned, what special services - such as sofa moving - are requested, etc). Also, have your furniture moving policy on your website. And when the technician comes, have him go through the services requested and tell the customer how much it's going to be before any work is done.

I had Extreme Clean clean my carpets on 12/1/11. Tyler was the technician and I was impressed by how respectful and hard working he was. It was a VERY cold day so he ran into many obstacles that there was no way he could have foreseen when I scheduled my appointment. Yes, there were a few delays, but he was incredibly apologetic for things that no one but Mother Nature could control. He offered to reschedule, but I asked that he stay and work through frozen lines basically. The issue is that they bring this large van out where they run all the motors and water though and then run these water lines into your house to connect to the machines. Well - when the high of the day is 6 degrees and you stop cleaning the carpets to add soap or move a couch.....then your line freezes. See - I learned a lot! Anyhow, Tyler was the hardest working young adult I've had do work at my house. He did an awesome job and got out stains that I was convinced would never come out (we have 4 kids). I will definitely use these guys again. They work hard, are very respectful, do a great job, and then called the next day to see if I was still satisfied. I was very impressed to say the least!
