This is by far the best food I've eaten in Colorado Springs...by far. Now, of course I have my days of wanting to eat burgers, etc but when I want Indian food or Thai, there's no other place I'd entertain.Bright, sultry, beautiful colors and art adorn the walls and plenty of space to sit down. The seating arrangement is a bit tight but we weren't seated near anyone. There's no waiting for service, everything comes out to you when it is prepared and it's worth the wait. There's signs on the walls to remind you they are not a fast food service and I reassure it, it's not too long of a wait anyway. We ordered Tofu Curry, Tandoori Chicken, and appetizers. If we had room for dessert, that would have happened too lol.

Amazing restaurant with a diverse menus! Indian influence as well with the vindaloo and tiki masala. LOTS of vegan/vegetarian options; a whole two pages of the menu in fact. Very unique options including yak for meat lovers. I didn't want left overs, so I had two appetizers: deep friend tofu with peanut sauce and samosas that came with a cilantro sauce and something else..not quite sure what it was, but it was very tasty. Both were crisp on the outside and warm and tender inside. The food was amazing and was ready quickly. Our server was prompt with waters and made great recommendations. Beautiful interior and great music as well. Located in the heart of downtown, it's a great place for a nice meal.

We went in for evening snacks and were not disappointed. As soon as we ordered, we heard Indian Bollywood music playing and that was instantly a hit with us.We ordered samosa, pakora and chai for 4 people. The guy got our order pretty quickly. After we tasted the chai, we felt like that it was not enough and we told the server so. They immediately took that away and said they will get a new one, got a new one (full pot again). The samosas was served with sweet chutney, spicy chutney and a garlic one, and so did the pakoras. And they were so so fresh and delicious.Loved everything so much we ordered one more round. I will definitely want to visit again!

I don't have any pictures, but every time I go here it's amazing! They no longer have the buffet but that's ok. The food is still quite delicious and the servers are always helpful and kind.

Everest Nepal is the PERFECT antidote to a cold night in downtown. My husband and I ordered paneer korma (recommended by waiter), chicken Nepalese curry, and onion kulcha (recommended by waiter). Every dish exploded with flavor. There are some reviews here about their negative experiences with hosts and servers. That wasn't my experience, but that could've been because I went fairly early (6ish) on a Saturday evening .When I come back, it'll be a challenge for me to not order the exact same things because of how delicious everything was this time around.

Run by a Nepalese family in downtown Colorado Springs, this restaurant boasts authentic Nepalese, Indian and Thai cuisine. In reality it's Nepalese food and a Nepalese interpretation of the other two, or perhaps the Indian food is from northeast India. Regardless of the provenance, the food was decent and a nice change from American fare. We had a sampler platter with various fried veggies and a samosa. The naan was doughy and not over cooked. My wife had drunken noodles and I pad see ew, both of which tasted nothing like the real thing. My son went for the yak vindaloo. It was definitely more on point. In his bravado he ordered extra spicy and got what he asked for. There were lots of vegetarian options.Decor was authentic though chaotic with images of Ganesh, Buddha, pictures of Mt Everest and the Dali Lama. Service was friendly and had a family feel. 5* = incredible (rare)4* = very good/ strong desire to return3* = generally good experience 2* = poor/ no desire to return 1* = a particularly awful experience

The curry was good and the staff was friendly however the garlic cheese naan was not what I expected. I've always had cheese naan with cheese IN it but never had unmelted taco cheese sprinkled on it and passed off as cheese naan. Pretty disappointing but oh well

This was our first time there and we'll be back! We wanted something unique and this was it. Drinks were a good price and their dumplings were awesome!

Delicious. Great service. I've never eaten Nepalese so we tried chicken momos, samosas and Nepalese chicken curry with garlic naan. The chicken momos were pretty good. The portion was huge! The samosas were really good! The curry was fantastic especially paired with the naan. Service was great. Very friendly. Made great suggestions. Will definitely go next time I'm in Colorado Springs.
