Amazing teachers and leadership at this facility! The Director here is caring and works super hard to make sure all the kids are well cared for and happy. Ignore the negative comments slandering the staff with false statements - not baked in any kind of reality.

They are well organized, and it's evident that each teacher/staff member recognizes the significance of their role in enhancing the lives of our children. We're happy that we've found a place we trust to care for our two children for years to come.

My child's teacher was charged with child abuse on my daughter's first day at this school. What was as deplorable as this teacher's behavior was the school's response to it. I am very disappointed in both Everbrook Academy and the parent company, Learning Care Group. On her first day at the school, a teacher was seen by her father and I on the livestream restraining her to the nap time cot (she is 15 months old) for an extended period of time (incident lasted 10-15 minutes), and each time her head popped up the teacher pushed her head to the cot - and one point, slammed her head into the cot creating two bruises & two small scratches on her head. Restraining a 15 month old child with an adult's bodyweight is how children die by suffocation and why restraint of any kind is not allowed by state regs unless someone is in danger. We went down to the school and met with Dana Briggs, the executive director who at first stated that yes, in a matter of minutes we can review the footage with her boss Andrea Datte. She stated that Andrea has access to same day footage, but if it was the next day she would need IT to pull yesterday's footage. She texted Andrea who said yes we can review it and then a few minutes later she said we could not review it for another 24-48 hours. Then Dana said that Andrea said "if it is not involving an injury, I am not allowed to show it to you." How do they know if the kid is injured? At this point, no one from the school has checked on our daughter. And at this point, they are claiming they have not watched the video.Furthermore, Dana Briggs at no point in time went to the classroom to see if my daughter was okay, nor did she check her out when we left the school with her, nor asked us how she was doing the next day.We got her into the car and took photos of the bruise on the side of her head and her forehead and scratches on the side of her face.Long story short, the daycare, Dana and Andrea, attempted to downplay the incident and said that CPS sometimes does not pick these cases up because they are so busy but they will call them and see. We decided to call CPS ourselves, the case was picked up the next morning, and called the state and the police. The daycare would not release the footage to the police detective without a subpoena, but the part of the video we had was enough to charge the teacher with child abuse. We are hopeful once the police have the full video, a stronger charge will be placed on this teacher. They would not release a cropped version of the video to her father and I showing only the teacher and my daughter. The daycare is far too concerned with protecting themselves than protecting the children. The teacher is currently still employed at Everbrook. The school has no plans to review other footage of this teacher to see if she had any incident with currently enrolled babies and kids. No plan to share this report with current families. It's upon the family to look at the state website for publicly available data when the state finalizes their investigation.

I have nothing but good things to say about Everbrook. We have had our 2 year old daughter here for the past year. We have seen some turnover but for the GOOD. We love Mrs. Stacy and all the teachers for our daughter's age group. Compared to other Daycares in the area, you cannot beat what you get for the price. It is wonderful not worrying about packing meals and taking diapers, sunscreen, etc. To Note: It is hard to keep a staff of people in the industry of raising other people's kids. Everbrook has been amazing at choosing who they place with our children. Teachers know my name, my daughters name and are very personable. From previous experience, this is not always the case!

I unfortunately had a very negative and frustrating experience with this daycare, their disorganization and non-communication. We are moving out to Denver area from across the country and researching for daycare was among the first things I did during the process, knowing that some daycares could have a long wait list. Back in May/June 2022 I enrolled my two girls and paid almost $900 enrollment fee and first week's tuition for start date of early 2023, well in advance. I was guaranteed that the spots were reserved for us with the enrollment and payment. As a parent, childcare is the one big thing in your life. I felt relieved that this was checked off of an awfully long to-do list for a long distance move. I was wrong.Fast forward to today, when our move date was finalized and I informed them that we would start early March.Failed to reach them over the phone so I sent an email. The center director simply replied and said "they currently have a wait list", as if the enrollment and deposit was all for nothing. No apology or explanation. Well that was exactly why I chose to enroll and pay deposit early on, to reserve a space! This added much more stress to the already stressful move. At least they could have reached out to me earlier and let me know. No one from the daycare ever contacted me during the past 7 months with any update. The director said she would give me a call to discuss this but I still haven't heard from her. No phone calls no emails. This whole situation is ridiculous and not acceptable. They need to make it right and give my money back.

When we first started our son we loved who they had as the site leader. We also loved his teacher Mrs. Liz and he loved her. The staff had nothing but amazing things to say about our son and were so informative about his day. When he was pushed into the early preschool class, things started to change. As I was watching one day on the cameras, I saw my son playing with a toy and another kid got upset about it. He started chasing my son around to grab the toy from him and my son wouldn't let him have it, he was playing with it first. The classroom teacher saw this and snatched my son by his arm, grabbed the toy from him, and gave it to the other kid. My son ran off crying. Not only did this solidify to that child the notion that you only have to cry to get what you want, it made my son feel as though HE was wrong and no one solidified his feelings. Instead, he was grabbed and then HE was put on a behavior plan.... A behavior plan at 2 years old.... 2! Unfortunately, that was my sons first experience in this world as a little boy of color, that made him seem like the "bad boy" and that others feelings are more valid than his own. This was extremely infuriating and disheartening. The teacher continues to teach in this classroom and we soon after pulled our son completely from this facility and I quit my job to be with my children and make sure I can protect them as much as possible from being treated this way.
