Epic Escape Game Greenwood Village

Went to this location for the first time and signed up for the queso emergency. There were four of us and we are not experts but we were able to finish with just seconds left. The clues gave were very helpful and the place was definitely fun. Would definitely go again.

We have experienced rooms in 5 states. Epic had some surprise challenges we hadn't seen before. Really like moving from room to room. Great themes.

I really wanted my first escape room experience to be more fun, but no such luck. Epic Escape Games is upstairs in an old retail/office strip with lots of parking around the building. They also have a downtown location that may be kept up better. Alex welcomed us and was very nice and friendly. But everything we saw was old and worn, and in the 2nd room of our game, there was broken plastic on the floor from a broken ceiling light panel.Our game was the War for the Galaxy, and the premise was good. We were imprisoned in an enemy spaceship and had to get free, get to an escape pod, and flee the ship. They allow a maximum of 6 people, but the rooms were very small, and with 4 adults and 2 kids, we were bumping into each other with every step. This game had separate rooms and a screen where we could see our time and get messages and help. We also had a phone that we could use to ask questions and get help. It was disappointing that some of the flashlights that we needed to find clues weren't working. There was also a part where we needed to see something on the wall, but it was so faint we couldn't see it. An employee named JJ came to our room and told us that everyone else could read it and made us feel really stupid. He said he could see it but then had to get much closer and even then couldn't read all of it to us. He was extremely rude and is the main reason I won't be going back there. Robert was the person who came to get us when we got out. He took our picture at the end. He was kind.Hopefully, my next venue will be more fun.

It was our first time at any escape game place and our clue master, JJ was fabulous!!! He recommended the Cursed Vault for our first time AND it was just right for the two of us. Throughout the game, he gave us clues, when needed but also wasn't overbearing in making it too easy for us, which we definitely appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone and can't wait to return to try a different game. Well worth the price as well as the experience!

Ok these rooms are MUCH more involved than I have ever experienced.It is located in a very unassuming and a bit confusing location. You think you are not in the correct place but you are!!It was a private event for our team builder and the staff was fabulous! Ok the rooms ... wow there are physical tasks, puzzles, word adventures, math problems and thankfully hints at times given! We used all 3 of our @ask for help" options - and we NEEDED them. Great time and opportunity for everyone no matter their interests to be engaged! We made it out barely and not without all clues possible.

We had a great time. The difference in affordability was just enough to sell us compared another company a bit closer to us. We couldn't be happier that we chose them.

Omg that was so fun!!!We did the Haunted Vault and the design and the story and the secret rooms were awesome!The details are amazing and it's a perfect way to spend 1 hour of your day!

Our two grandchildren along with my husband and I had a wonderful time in the Teddy Bear Escape Room. The staff was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. The room itself was challenging, fun, well-staged and a perfect escape room for a 7 and 9 year old. We couldn't have been any more pleased with our experience!

Nice escape room. We came for date night. This isn't our first escape room, but we haven't been to one in awhile. We originally planned to go somewhere else but they wanted $60 per person...ouch! This place is well done and affordable.We enjoyed the Buried Alive room and will be back to try the others. Also, this location happens to have a lot of great restaurants within walking distance, so makes for a great pre or post game meal! We had the sushi place but there is Peruvian, middle eastern, etc. in the same parking lot. The employees and management were very nice and professional. Clean building, liked that they use boogie boards for clues vs. paper/pen or dry erase boards.

Was fun! Attended with an 11 and 9 year old! The employees were friendly, welcoming and helpful! Had some good laughs along with quite the problems to solve!
