Great customer service and really efficient.Came in to get a couple permits for myself and the wife. We were able to make an appointment over the phone without much fuss. Within a few minutes of checking in, we were seen in succession.We were however missing one important document (due to a name change) but they moved some things around so my wife could get a copy across the street. All said and done, great experience (despite the crazies in the lobby!
