We get our holiday meats and burgers from here! They have a ton of meant to choose from and everything is just amazing! My favorite are the variety of burger flavors! My husband would grill those every weekend during the summer!! The services is fast and they have great recommendations. This locker plant will not let you down! Great place to try!

The best service and quality meats in Colorado! As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed and greeted with a smile. This place is clean and neat and well taken care of. The meats are very good. I get the sausages, beef, beef sticks, jerky, bison, and chicken. They have so much more as well. Spices and sauces are available for purchase. They also have dog bones and treats. I love that you can custom order a cut you are looking for. They go above and beyond there! Take the drive and support this place! It's worth every bite!

So excited to receive our meat! This was our first time ordering a 1/4 cow and we were so pleased with our order. Our neighbor coordinated the order so we didn't speak with anyone at the shop but we were so impressed with the labeling, cuts and packaging. The form to select our cuts was easy to complete - which was so appreciated as i was originally overwhelmed with the thought of completing the form. We'll definitely be visiting the shop in the future.

This place was amazing. Everything you could want in small or large quantities, flavored or plain. As grocery store quality is tanking, I loved and appreciated this place and am completely willing to pay a little more to get it. Staff was friendly but no one dawdles. I wish they were open a little later but it's worth the trip. They also take orders for large amounts which we plan to take advantage of now that we've tried them.

Nobody wearing a mask. Not even the manager or customers. It's a state wide mandate and a violation of the health department. What else do they refuse to do? Wear a hairnet? Wash their hands? Disgusting and disappointing. Couldn't report them faster.

They are very helpful on any kind of meat the have or what they can order for you. I love that they are carrying crawfish now.

Highly recommended butcher shop. It is always clean and the service is great. While we have tried many things here, our favorites are the bacon, brisket, and ground beef. In fact, we won't buy ground beef anywhere else.

Fantastic selection of high-quality meat and poultry. I purchased their dry cured bacon and it was the best we've ever tasted. The smoked ham hocks and andouille sausage are simmering in my bean soup as I type and it smells amazing. We look forward to trying their filet tips in our favorite Thai Steak Salad recipe. Prices are very fair for the quality of goods. Not a fancy store (it's a meat locker) but easily worth the trip to Elizabeth.

Taking a family friend's recommendation, we came to Elizabeth Locker order our Christmas ham. It was THE best ham we've ever had! We'll be back!!

Drove down from Parker to try this meat locker. They have a lot of choices and so far the hams, beef sticks, bacon and brats we have tried are delicious and reasonably prices. It is far better tasting so far than what you'd buy in a grocery store item for item!
