I finally had to change my out of state plate and I went to this location and I was quite impressed with the service. There is plenty of parking spaces, there is welcoming and helpful staff, and the wait was not bad at all. Coming from a state in which is such a hassle to do anything DMV related to this, felt like I barely waited. For future non Colorado peeps, make sure that you get a form (given to you at the DMV) to get filled out (forgot the name of it), it's to make sure that you didn't steal the car from another state. You then take this form to any dealership and the fill it out for you. Also be aware that paying for a new plate/tag here can be quite pricey depending on how new your car is (I was shocked at mine). Overall the facility and the staff are great.

Just recently needed to come here and couldn't be more upset about the way the employees treated me. A bunch of unhappy people who are very rude. Very sad.

I transferred from out of state (Indiana) to Colorado. This location was able to get me a new license, title my car, and register my car in all under 45 minutes. Absolutely amazing experience. Sam H. That helped me with the title and registration made the process so easy and simple and explained each step to me in detail. Be prepared with the required documents you can find online and show up early for a walk-in.

This is by far the worst DMV I've ever been too. Misinformation and inconsistent information given by several members of the staff.The employees don't want to be there and show you with their attitude.Tori N could be the most unprofessional employee I've ever come across in any profession. She was on her phone during our interaction, repeatedly interrupted me and told me to "shut up." Then to top it off, she threw my paperwork back to me. Stood up at her desk and screamed out loud for me to leave her desk and for the next person.

This place is the worst!DMV's in general don't have the greatest reps, and I have been to several, but this place takes the cake. So much inconsistency, and misinformation. You can have 4 different people tell you all different information for the same exact thing. We were trying to get our lien holder added to our title, my husband went in initially, and was denied for needing more info. So he gets all the info. that we were told to get, and we both went as it was required. Then we go for another appointment, and we happen to have the same lady as last time, but now we need additional paper work and she is adding all kinds of other items that we didn't even need. The same thing happened when I first moved here, and we were trying to get new plates. Was told I had to smog, even though I did 6 months prior in a previous State. I call, and they say the same thing. I go on Post to the DMV, and I don't have to do any of the stuff this office said were needed.If you are allowed on Post, then always use that DMV. Otherwise good luck. The only reason we went to this location again, because unfortunately the one on Post is closed due to Covid. I heard there is one that is Downtown which is much better as well.

I'm not sure what the deal is with all the negative reviews, but this DMV was great. The lines moved quickly and the staff was friendly...YES, the staff was friendly...at a DMV!

Judy was extremely rude unprofessional and wasted my time. Her micro aggression didn't go unnoticed either. I won't come back to this location in hopes I don't have to deal with her ever again.

I used this DMV to get my Colorado driver's license when I moved here. The service was very fast (I didn't have enough time to fill out the form before they called my number!), and the people were very efficient, yet also friendly and helpful. Very impressed.

If you want people to not mind their business and call DHS on you, come here. The clerk took a picture of my son and I without my permission and the officer kept stalking us and harassed us. She even waited outside the building to further question us. Their employees assume and ruin peoples lives. After my son endured an injury outside of my care. After we've been in and out of the hospital for days on end. They decided to call after I told them what happened. Great job guys. Great job ruining peoples lives and tearing family's apart. Hope you're all happy with yourselves.
