We stopped in to finalize our marriage license for our upcoming wedding day- we were able to start the process online, which was very fast and convenient! Even at the office, we were able to get a ticket and be done within ten minutes. The clerk was very helpful with our questions, and the process was very efficient.

Disgusting customer service. Operators will belittle you and tell you "it's not our job to walk you through things" YES IT IS? Had someone who didn't even work in the department and was there for "overflow" straight LIE to cover his own a** about not inputting documents on HIS SIDE that he was given and forgot to put in. When I told this to the lady she then started telling me that I was lying and started treating me like garbage and when asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up on me.

We just got our marriage license here. The woman we worked with was so kind and pleasant to be around. The process was made super simple! Thank you so much!

Citizen service center?!?! NO!!!! Not at all these people are trying to drive people completely mad!! If you call them they will leave you on hold for 4+ hours. yesterday I was on hold for 4 hr and 51 min!!!! Never got though to anyone and right now i been on hold for 2 hr and 46 min!! I'm beyond frustrated!!!! YOU PEOPLE S***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
