El Chamaco’s

Went to Lone Tree Brewery after work today, this food truck was parked out front. Had some nachos and tacos, perfect and delicious.I got the Al pastor Tacos and Shrimp Tacos. Also some beef Nachos which didn't disappoint. Anyways, I'll definitely try this food truck again, the Nacho chips we so fresh and crispy. Tacos were also amazing, the unfortunate thing is that we were so full we hardly had any beers haha.

Got food poisoning from their tacos. Not a joke. Currently at home stuck to the toilet coming out of both ends while home with a 5 month old. I'll be honest, food tasted great, but I've narrowed this sickness down to the tacos and it's a shame.

Went to Jackass Hill Brewery for a girls' HH and got dinner from El Chamaco's before heading home. Had the chicken quesadilla, and YUM!! Absolutely loaded with cheese! There was also some finely minced chicken, but the primary filling was CHEESE. Yummy, gooey, delicious melted cheesy goodness, perfectly griddled and accompanied by sour cream, guacamole, and a teeny salad. I couldn't finish it, so did this morning, and it was just as delicious. Had a convo with the friendly guy who made the quesadilla. They move alllll over the place. They're at a different brewery today, but alas I forget which one. Told him that I found him on Yelp, and he could update his schedule so that we can find him, but he said that he forgot his password. Highly recommend. Four and a half stars because there wasn't a ton of chicken, but I'm a cheese fiend, sooo...I was happy. The food is a perfect complement to beer, cider (my choice), or margaritas (had one of those, too). Jackass Hill doesn't really have food, so I am really glad that El Chamaco's was there! A few of my compadres had tacos and pronounced them delicious.

Overloaded burritos and tortas with quality ingredients and delicious recipes! This is the best food truck in Castle Rock and beyond! The ground beef is amazing and the Al pastor is so frikkin perfect! Seriously fantastic food!!!!!

some of the best Mexican food I've had, very flavorful. they gave me hot sauce with my order but I didn't need it, and they give you a mint with your order. very prompt and friendly service too

Fantastic taco truck running around Castle Rock! Definitely the best taco's in town, hands down. The guy running the truck is also incredibly friendly and personable! The food was top noch, almost too much to eat! I definitely recommend this place if you get the chance to eat here!

Worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. And for crap food they sure are proud of it. Expensive would not recommend

Great food truck with nice staff and incredible shrimp and pastor tacos.

Be wary of the food truck. They were at the Elizabeth farmers market and I got food poisoning from the tacos al carbon. Uncooked meat, my fault for eating it but also should have never been given to a customer.

Best tacos I've had in a long time! I got the tacos al carbon, steak. Very fresh and savory. Will be looking out for them again!
