Eclectic Bar and Grill

A must stop anytime going through Silverthorne, can't go wrong with anything on the menu, and service to match.

Although it's on a traveled road, it's just outside the outlet malls and right before residential areas. A little not so well known place unless your local or know friends in the area. Thee have a selection of non alcoholic beverages and I would recommend the spicy margarita. It was well made and had a good kick to it. Nice selection of food items: from salads to burgers to sandwiches. They have fish and chips also but didn't order them because I wasn't sure about salmon being fried. Maybe next time I'll try it. The smoked chicken sandwich was delicious as was the make-your-own-burger. Portions were not big, not small. Perfectly sized for the active crowd I would say. Service was friendly too.

After a day of skiing, we decided to try this restaurant since it was fairly close to our hotel, and we were not disappointed. The space is welcoming, with a central bar and a few rooms that break it up nicely.The menu is indeed eclectic, mostly comfort food with a twist, and we were both happy with our selections; the ramen for my husband, a burger for me.The service was exceptionally friendly, which we both appreciated.We'd definitely go back when in the area!

Date of visit: February 13, 2025My fellow Yelpers came through again with a fantastic meal in Silverthorne!Eclectic is not a very big place, so definitely take advantage of making a reservation on their website (and ignore the references to using Yelp to make one, as of this writing, it's not functioning) so you don't have to wait. Parking can also be tricky as it's a small parking lot and if there's snow, people park like they're playing Tetris.I don't know our server's name, she did not share it and the receipt says "PM Bar," I sincerely doubt (or hope) that is her actual name. At any rate, PM Bar was very friendly and offered some great suggestions for menu items. However she only appeared once after the food arrived to fetch my friend another Sprite and then was gone for awhile, suspect she was busy as she had also served as our hostess upon arrival.I went with the Barnyard Burger and it was honestly one of the best burgers I have ever had; beef, pork, bacon, and egg combining to tantalize my tastebuds also while easily shortening my lifespan by 20-30 minutes, but in the end it will be worth it!My issue with the burger is that the bun, while good, could not keep up with the contents and the entire bottom was a soggy mess not even halfway into eating the burger. I ended up eating much of it open-faced to ensure that none of it fell into my lap! Also, based on the recommendations of my fellow Yelpers I went with the Cuban corn and that was also fabulous! I have a low tolerance for spice and while the heat up front was substantial it cooled off quite quickly.

Had a freakin excellent chicken sandwich here that blew my mind. Strawberry- habanero sauce was the bomb!Good service too.

Silverthorne is a smaller town so there's not a lot of choices beyond chain restaurants, but Yelp's reviews came through with this great recommendation. My husband, son, his fiancee and I sat on the patio to enjoy the spectacular weather. Service was excellent despite further distance from the kitchen. My husband really liked the Smoked Prime Sandwich on a hoagie with cheddar, BUT... truth be told, I tried his side of Cuban corn and it was hard to concentrate on my own order after that. The corn is seasoned beautifully and whatever crunch they put on top is heaven. I had the Pear Salad with mixed greens, roasted pears, goat cheese, candied pepitas, candied sunflower seeds, blackberries, and dried apricot (I added shredded pork on top). I subbed their 10/10 homemade ranch dressing instead. This salad was worthy of a reorder when we return to Silverthorne. I loved everything about it and wouldn't change a thing. We ordered a dessert of the day to share: a deconstructed bread pudding with a sublime whipped creation and candy on top. The portion wasn't huge, but in all fairness, it was too delicious to share after all and hadn't advertised as shareable. The patio could use a little tidying with the landscaping, etc. but this restaurant is indeed eclectic and beautiful otherwise.

So, let's get this straight: Sports Bar meets Art Gallery and boasts Ample Portions of House Specials like Fish and Chips for $22.00.No, no, no freaking way I'm going to get the $22.00 fried fish! Someone else ordered it, and their dish and face looked very disappointed. But I did get a couple of brewskis on tap (-$1.00), and delicious $4x2/pulled pork tacos (ONLY happy hour). Service was ok. I sit at the bar, so usually get ok service. Great service is when banter with occurs.I like the eclectic atmosphere. Nice art, terrific music, so I didn't much miss the banter, or lack of internet. Added a Star for Dog Friendly Outdoor Seating.

They have a wide array of food and drinks - and both are great. The burgers are phenomenal... would recommend to get this every time. The portions are perfect and we have had some of the best servers every time we come. They have wonderfully crafted cocktails and have a lot of beers on tap as well that are local and unique. The only downside is they do live music... a lot... like every night almost and it is LOUD.

We stopped into Eclectic Bar to grab lunch before heading out to Denver. The outdoor seating is lovely and can accommodate large and small groups alike. Our server was busy as all get out, taking care of the majority of folks outside but she was still fast, friendly and laid back. We ordered burgers: Summit Mushroom burger with a Cuban corn and the Tennessee chicken plate. I loved everything about mine minus the temp. I don't mind burgers cooked medium rare at all, and happily ate it, but I asked for medium. The patty was pink throughout. That aside, the mushroom paired well with the goat cheese, spicy pepper jelly and garlic aioli. So tasty. The Cuban corn was delicious as well. My partner loves Tennessee chicken and had to try their version. Sadly, it was too sweet. The strawberry habanero sauce wasn't a hit with him. My tastebuds agreed. I think we were expected more spice. The fries, on the other hand, were delicious - crispy and not heavily coated. I had the spicy margarita. It was a tad too limey for me, but I added a smidge of water and it was perfect. All in all, great find. There were either offerings we wanted to try this trip and will definitely be back. The bones of a great meal are definitely here. Looking forward to updating my review.

We came in after snowmobiling and stopped in with 9 guys the food was great the service was excellent would eat here anytime.
