For many years, my husband and I have visited various hair salons, but Echo Salon is by far the best. The entire team is service-oriented, highly professional, and a pleasure to interact with. Candi, the salon's owner, and Gabby always greet us with a warm smile and are a joy to chat with. The staff is consistently accommodating, and our hairstylist, Veronica, always checks to see if we'd like any changes to our hairstyles. Every visit feels like a relaxing treat, and Veronica consistently gives both my husband and me the best haircuts and styling we've ever had!

I had my first appointment here today. I am extremely happy with the whole experience. I made an appointment for a cut and color consult as I have decided to grow my grey out. Based on other reviews, I made my appointment with Sierra. She took plenty of time to really look at my hair color, texture, etc. and then gave options to address my color. She then trimmed my hair and shaped it as well, as it was in need of it. I have a follow up appointment to get the color. While I think it is very hard to find a new hairdresser and I am only doing so because I moved here from NY, I feel really confident in her ability. I was totally at ease and not nervous at all giving her free reign to cut my hair. Sierra is a senior color stylist and in turn, her pricing is higher, but I do think it will be absolutely worth it. I guess I will better be able to say that after my next appointment and will try to write an updated review. I would also like to say that their communication is awesome. I was in the cancellation list and was called when they had an opening. This allowed me to get in earlier than my original appointment. Then today, I got a call letting me know that Sierra was ahead of schedule and I could come early, if I would like. I thought that was great and they told me that this is normal procedure that they will callIf they are running early or late. That courtesy is not lost on me and impressed me.

I have not had a haircut in so long, and desperately needed to establish hair care here in Monument. I dont ever do anything elaborate with my hair, was I in desperate need of a trim. I have never colored my hair, not even one, and ultimately want to dye it purple which I knew I needed someone's professional help for. I also had an upcoming hiking trip coming up where we would be taking a lot of pictures. I knew I wanted my hair to look healthier than the inches of split ends I was currently sporting.My stylist was Amy and she was so much fun. Aside from great conversation and a friendly aura, she was fantastic at establishing some goals I had with my hair and some future color options once we got my hair back to the healthy place it belongs. She gave me some light layers and expelled all my dead ends. My hair never looked so good!When I arrived I was greeted by the owner and receptionist, both immediately offered me a drink and a snack from their refreshments bar. It is a beautiful salon with lots of skill and friendly staff! I can't wait to continue my business here.

It had been several months since my last salon visit. My hair was long and straight and I wanted a big change. I went in for the first time and asked for something much shorter with lots of volume. Amy did not disappoint. I wasn't sure what to expect, having never been before. But I got exactly what I asked for. Thanks Amy and thanks Echo Salon!

Friendly service and talented stylists working in a clean and welcoming environment! This place is so affordable, too. I love that it feels professional but not too stuffy. I've had my hair cut here, and recently had my daughters hair styled and cut here-she loved it too. Will come back again, for sure.

Best experience I've ever had. Stylists are, from what I've heard, the best stylists from around town that came here to start this place. The owners are incredible and gave me a complete tour. Waiting for your appointment never was better with complimentary coffee, tea, local beers, wine, and champagne! Incredible service and worth coming to if you want a positive hair experience.

I have followed Sierra through each of her salon changes and while there were many things I appreciated about the other salons, Echo hits every right note. The space is warm and welcoming and everything from the coffee to the stations was perfectly thought out. Sierra is a world class artist and she is in a world class salon.

All Amazing stylists! Highly recommend for Veronica. Such a talented hair stylist. She never disappoints.
